I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tranquility Inn for a three-night stay, and I must say that my experience was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall quality and comfort of the hotel. First and foremost, the room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. It provided a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with homemade taste. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city. For a conference meet I couldn't enjoy complete stay but the two days was really feel calm an good with this hotel. The approach an kindness really take them to long way to run. We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and our stay was really pleasant. One good thing about this hotel is that Owner himself oversee almost everything in this hotel. I have never seen any hotel where owner and his family members are taking care of guests for a full time. This hotel was felt like a home for us, and the staff are caring and always ready to help.
This is an amazing place to stay if you are looking to be pampered during your work or solo stay in chennai. The host is an amazing person, really helpful and always a "yes" for everything in her reach. Courteous staff, ready to serve dinner even at 11 at night. I was there for 6 nights and I would like to add, if you get a chance, book this place for sure. Connect with the owner over phone for the best deal. Also, I found it very safe as there are other people living next door. Thanks for everything Tranquility Team!

Was in Chennai for some conference and I chose this place as it was close to venue. It's a very good property. Very clean and neatly maintained , be it rooms , bathrooms or common areas. It's located in proper residential area. It's bit difficult to get cabs but still manageable. The aesthetics are very soothing and calming which is very difficult in such properties. They have a nice lounge and dining area which makes you feel at home. The breakfast menu is limited but it's home cooked, fresh and tastes good. Ms Janaki was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable till I checked out. Since I had to stay alone I was worried a bit about safety and security which was well taken care of. The price is very very affordable and totally worth.
I booked this Hotel for my wife who was travelling for the first time to Chennai all alone. Location is great, All the staff members are very professional. Great service. They really take care of their guests and always make them feel at home. Janaki Maam is a very friendly lady and took personalised care, she arranged Taxi for my wife late evening when she couldn't get any cab on her own on her way back from work, arranged home cooked food for her although the hotel dose'nt have any restaurant of its own. She made sure my wife reach her destination safely even after checkout and kept calling her till she reached. Rooms are very very clean and spacious. Breakfast served is like straight from the home kitchen, very delicious.
