Best place to stay in Gangtok. You can get a mesmerizing night view of Gangtok from the room itself. The food was very tasty and kudos to the hospitality. Owner Anisha Di was really friendly and you won't feel like you are staying in a hotel. Home away from home.

This is the perfect hotel for weekend get away. Gorgeous view,and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Everything was great. Amazing staff. The owners were friendly and always available, consistently making sure I was comfortable. Food was top notch. I'll be back in a month!

This is a nice small resort near Gangtok. Away from the hustle of city. If you are planning a quiet stay to relax and rejuvenate for few days then this place is ideal. The rooms have good picturesque view. Ideal to sit and meditate. Can do yoga in morning in the garden. Have drinks and dinner during day and evening hang out. Nice place.

Excellent service, delicious cuisine, beautiful Ambience then their staff (even the owner) were very supportive and helpful and made us feel like home. The location of the cottage is very much ideal for the travellers who prefer to stay in a peaceful environment. Moreover if anyone wants to enjoy the view of Gangtok City as a whole, then I would clearly recommend for this hotel.

Had a wonderful time at Sikkim mainly due to the hospitality at Tranquila. The rooms were neat, the view breath taking. Had some great food there too A great, quiet place to relax. Thanks to the owners , Anusha and Nikhil for all the effort put in to ensure we had a great time.

Excellent place. The view from the cottage is breathtaking. The food is amazingly good. The staff s are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are up to the mark with proper lightings and spacious. The owners are wonderful people and will help you with all the comforts and make you feel at home. They will also plan a trip for you and provide you with the the travel in and around Sikkim. I had the best time with them in the cottage. Can't wait to visit again

Staying with Tranquila cottage is an experience not to miss. It was the best hospitality I experienced in my life with such politeness. The Tranquila cottage is warm and welcoming. They will provide you with a relaxing stay, absolutely delicious home cooked meals, a beautiful clean room with a beautiful view of gangtok. I am a single traveler and felt completely at home while staying with them. I hope to visit again one day and would recommend Tranquila cottage to anyone who finds themselves in Gangtok. You won't be disappointed!

The room is okaish and the location is amazing. With clean and maintained property. But it's a mismatch between the hotel and the cottage/ homestay. And as far as the food is concerned it's average. Service is also average w.r.t. staff availability. Would surely be a better place with the group of 6-8 people. But as far as isolated group is concerned there's nothing much to explore in the cottages/ homestay.
