It's a nice place for all kind of travellers. Rooms give homely feeling and are 1 bhk well ventilated apartments equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge and basic crockery. Above all a parking space is also there. Lot of eateries and shops are available to fulfil all your needs. The promoters are courteous and are accommodating. They ensure a comfortable stay for their guests.

Excellent place for one-night or longer stays. The location is very close to Bangalore-Hosur road and easily accessible. Each apartment is well equipped and spacious. it can easily accommodate 4 persons, and extra mattress was provided for additional guests. Ms Suguna, the owner, was readily available over WhatsApp for any help and all the transactions were smooth. The lift (small one to accommodate only 2 persons) is practical and all floors are accessible by lift from the parking area. Parking available for small cars inside the apartment, and for big ones easily available on the streets just outside and safe. All in all, gr8 value for money and a comfortable place to stay.

Good hospitality and good service. Had a great experience staying over a month. but it's a little costlier.

Nidhi and team made the stay a very comfortable one. Kudos to the friendly staffs and their hospitality.

I stayed for 10 days. It is a 1bhk property. Apartment is well maintained. Hygienic and clean with all available utensils to cook food on your own. Locality is good, you will get all important things near the apartment within walking distance. Drawback - There is only one drawback for this property, a very heavy noise of construction work just in front of the building between 10 - 6pm daily.

We stayed at tranquil for 3 days. Had a very pleasant time there. The place was well maintained, the staff were courteous and helpful. The service apartment has all the necessary cutlery and vessels if we needed to cook, etc. We were a bit concerned about the safety but realized its a very safe place to stay. It's a very quiet and peaceful location as well and comes at a very reasonable price.. Overall we enjoyed our stay at tranquil.

Very unprofessional place. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS AND GET CAUGHT. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. OK, here's my experience: 1. I seriously got carried away by the reviews and booked them. 2. They don't even have an AC in the apartment and they publicly don't mention it. 3. When requesting for a refund, the owner was super rude; extremely rude that he denied any sort of refund on cancellation saying it's a non-refundable booking. 4. PLEASE LOOK AT THE REPLIES THE OWNER IS GIVING TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS - AGAIN, EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE AND RUDE. 5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE. From my past experiences, whenever an owner is this rude and this defensive, it not only affects his new customers, it will also affect you as an existing customer. THIS IS ZERO HOSPITALITY. THEY ARE RUNNING IT LIKE A SCAM. FOR A CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT EVEN GOING TO STAY BECAUSE OF A LACK OF BASIC FUNCTIONALITY IN A 21ST CENTURY LIKE AC, THEY DENY A REFUND. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THE +VE REVIEWS HERE AND GET CAUGHT. THE WAY THE OWNER WAS TALKING ON CALL, I EVEN FELT LESS SECURED SINCE HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND READY TO EVEN SHOUT AT THE CUSTOMER FOR MONEY.
