A very good unisex Salon providing excellently services, good ambience and maintaining good hygiene.They provide Great hair spas in a Very relaxing environment. The staff is quite attentive and delivers excellent result. Must experience the wellness! And always greeted and friendly welcomed receptionists, and shown to a sofa with nice hot coffee! TRANQUIL is a wonderful salon. The staff are fantastic and really go out of their way to make clients feel welcome and well cared for. The salon is warm and comfortable with great massage chairs for hair wash, lots of space and good lighting . The refreshments are lovely and you have your spa and nails done bye staff and just go wow look. This is just great, while you are having cut or colour. I have been using the salon for years and currently too. STAFF is brilliant, friendly,funny,super professional,extremely experienced and knowledgeable,kind and thoughtful. I always love my appointment with this salons only as I struggle with my hair and they sort it out beautifully as well as being able to give great advice and have a good chat! Each and every member of staff though, from the trainees through to the reception staff and style and the manager are just lovely, always making an effort to make my time at the salon a great one. I had the BEST experience with Tariq and Rajinder .. Tariq is very good at his job where hair dressing and styling is concerned. I had a good experience with them but the price was too high.
Staff offered very good service, but I really doubt the quality!! For treatments like keratin I think Tranquil needs Professionalism!! My keratin treatment has almost gone at second wash!! I am saying this because I had already done keratin at Lakme!! And it lasted 2 years!! But this keratin just 1 week????? Utterly disappointed!! Never gonna go back
