Splendid Location, innovative approach....with well equipped gym with professionally trained instructors. Overall the energy is splendid, encouraging and motivating like no other gym I've ever experienced. Classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Very Highly recommended. It would be even better if they expand further to more branches all over Goa.
