AMAZING GYM,AMAZING TRAINERS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.Special mention to my personal trainer Akhil Vijayakumar who helped me to achieve my weight loss which seemed impossible. The diet plan and the workout he provided are helping me to stay healthy and fit. I highly recommend checking this gym out. Best gym in the city and worth the money.
My experience with Trainer Effect have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent, positive trainers and others who create a perfect workout environment. I liked that they provide parking validation, drinking water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers who get to know you and push you in the right way.
