TRACKON COURIER - Courier service in Changanassery - Kottayam, India

Very pathetic service.All the staff,especially the lady staff who attends the call is so very rude.Dont know the name of the lady ,but she attended the call on 27th June by 5.30 pm.Dont know how they run this courier service only. And it's not only a single time experience ,every time they behave like this only...Can't given 1 star.Better this courier service should shut down.

Consignment despatched by track on not delivered by them even the delivery location is just 500 meters away from their office. Tracking system shows out for delivery even at 7 pm but package was lying at their office and i collected from their office. Even they did not call me. Can't trust this for business shipments.

Poor service. They don't deliver packages to home .. They simply call and tell us to come and pickup the package.

Pathetic Service! They don't deliver at home. Every time, they find some excuses for not delivering at home. First time courier, they told me that their employee is infected with Covid, Second time courier, they told me that their delivery van is broke down, 3rd time courier, they told me that their van has gone to some other location and the 4th time courier - they simple told me that they don't deliver at home. The lady who is running this business is very rude. When I told her that other couriers deliver at home, she asked which courier - and claimed that no courier in Changanacherry have home delivery. I strongly do not recommend Changanacherry TrackOn! Such a worst service!

Such a poor experience from a courier service. I have no idea why Amazon be associated with them. They do not pick up calls or have a correct location for their office, and when I asked for my package(after I somehow found their office) they said that they were busy at the moment and couldn't hand it over to me. Why do they even run this branch(changanacherry,kerala) if they can't atleast communicate properly with customers...

One of the worst ever courier service in Changanacherry. They are so arrogant. They take it granted once the consignment is booked. Give it to them if you don't want it to deliver and you are not worried about the quality. Never ever ever go with their service. Trust me...never go with them. Giving one star as there is no option for zero
