Disappointing Experience and Overpriced Bicycles I recently visited the Bicycle Shop located at [insert address] and had a rather disappointing experience. I wanted to purchase the BSA Hazel model bicycle in pink color and inquired about the price. The staff informed me that the bicycle was priced at 9000 rupees. To ensure that I was getting a fair deal, I decided to check the prices at other nearby shops. Surprisingly, I found the same BSA Hazel model bicycle at PCS Cycle Shop just around the corner for only 7700 rupees. This raised my concerns about the pricing at this particular shop. Not stopping there, I also checked the online prices for the same model. To my dismay, the Bicycle Shop's price was still 500 rupees higher than what was being offered on Amazon. This large price difference made me question the shop's pricing policy. Seeking clarification, I approached a salesperson and asked for the reason behind the inflated price. The salesperson redirected me to the manager or someone in the billing department. I spoke with them and was informed that the higher price was due to it being a new model and that they had updated their selling rate accordingly. This explanation did not sit well with me. It seems unfair to charge customers significantly more for a bicycle that is available at a lower price in nearby shops and even online. It left me wondering whether this shop was taking advantage of customers by overpricing their products. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this shop for purchasing bicycles. In my opinion, it is more advisable to either opt for online purchases, where prices are often more competitive or explore local shops that offer products at the correct cost. By doing so, you can ensure that you are not being charged exorbitant prices for the same products available elsewhere. Finally, after considering the pricing differences, we decided to purchase the BSA Hazel model bicycle from PCS Cycle Shop. They offered the same bicycle for a much more reasonable price of 7600 rupees. This reaffirmed our belief that local shops can provide better deals compared to the Bicycle Shop we initially visited. We were satisfied with our purchase and appreciated the fair pricing offered by PCS Cycle Shop...

Purchased MACH CITY cycle non geared with Alloy type. Really it was good and had a good experience in terms of service and Response, customer service. This shop have different model cycles. Best place to buy in this shop.

We have visited 14th may . Sales guy from TI handled very well. We have enquired other shops . They said about Hercules now a days quality not good and getting from outsourcing. My son also not like that Hercules. But my self initiated and visited yesterday , after selected the cycle we awaited around 15 minutes to get the invoice. Taken Kombat model , once we came out the shop with in 10 minutes front tyre air was empty. My son was crying and said I already told not to buy Hercules. Now see the condition of cycle by your choice. We immediately went back and enquired about the reason . They simply said due to idle condition tube was problem and the changed the tube.I have asked to check back tube but they denied. Person in counter does not respond well. We are very un satisfied with in ten minutes of purchase. We believe only Hercules in the name of MURUGAPAA Group. 8900/- rs is big amount for us. But it seems the quality is not up to the mark.
