The prices of the cycles are good here i gave 4 star because I gave for repair they took more time like 1 week and they changed some thing and they left like they changed my cycles back tire and the don't changed front tire so this is the reason overall track and trail is the best place for buying cycles but they have check the repair time period.

Overall satisfactory, When I purchased my machcity cycle, there is a problem with Bill generation, I am not sure whether it will work or not, To get reimbursed from my company I need bill, the delay happened in bill generation, I talked with them thrice for Bill, but they didn't send any bill, not sure why. I hope track and trail as a brand should need some proper software's to handle this. I hate being bought my cycle here. I bought the cycle, after two months of use(I used only twice) , the front tyre valve got damaged, and I again called them the team said like there is no guarantee for that, please ask the detailed instructions carefully before buying anything from any shop

My friend bought a cycle here a week back, after that he checks the online price for the same price he gets a same company gear cycle. He is unlucky for buying that, overall rating ambience - 4/5 customer support - 3/5 cost - 1/5 bargain - 0/5 .

Worst experience, too high prices, can get the cycle for less price from other dealers. If you are going to buy cycle after my review, then that's the worst thing you've ever done in your life.
