I was extremely satisfied with the treatment from Dr P Biswas. He was so meticulous about his analysis of the problem of my father. It's was a great experience for me. Also TRA Hospital coordinator helped me getting the appointments at ease.
It Tops in the list of worst hospital in west bengal...
Some of the things which I noticed and faced are mentioned below:
-All staffs of hospital are greedy,thief they are sitting to loot people.
-AMBULANCE service is Not Free : when they take patient for any tests from their HOSPITAL TO TEST CENTER THEY CHARGE (Rs800) and if tests get delayed then charge more .
- No 24hr doctor service: NO DOCTORS are Available at night .
- cleanliness: HOSPITAL PREMISES are extremely DIRTY .
- no washroom for visiter , no water filter , Lifts are kept off
People mostly give negative review for Hospitals as many have grievances for multitude of issues but I would be highlighting good treatment that I have received here. Got my family members admitted thrice here and have received same level of dedication
It is the worst private hospital in Kolkata...Dr are not available for 24 hours... the behaviour of the Dr dutta Gupta is very bad... he insulted us ..the behaviour of all the staff is not good ...
Great experience with Neurologist Dr Roy , from diagnosis to treatment and cure. My patient was taken care pretty well. Many thanks to whole team. Would definitely recommend!
