Premium posh nightclub chain it is. The ambience is superb. Service is top notch. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Visited on 1st December for Friday night out. The entry was free till 10 pm. Post that Rs3000 for couple which I found quite reasonable for a place like Toyroom. Liked the food also. Cocktail quantity is little less compared to price. Actually food & drink is bit expensive. For 2 food along with 4 drinks pocket pinch was around Rs5000. Music was superb. DJ was playing mostly my favourite numbers. The mascot Frank is too cute. Loved everything about Toyroom.
Truly annoying and improper staff. No proper behaviour, keeps staring and talking about you and judging you. This one woman staff literally started talking inappropriately about us about and judging us when we said we didn't want any drinks. They stand in front of u and keeps staring at u for no reason. Very uncomfortable staff. The ambience on the other hand was good
The experience was really good and bitter at the same time. The bouncers literally kicked everyone out around 1:30 am that too on Navami Night. What was this behaviour? They charge more than the other clubs and the hospitality we recieved was such a downgrade. Please behave properly with your customers from next time.

Its a cool club to go in if you have a nice budget, since it is on the expensive side. The crowd is nice and the music is too!
This is definitely one of the best night clubs in Kolkata . The place is totally chill with an amazingly welcoming ambience and great drinks menu. Should definitely give it a try if you're looking out on finding some good place to hang out with your friends
Although it's a great Club The staff at the property were good and generous. But, the thing is why can't we bring our backpacks inside the premises??? Food was good As I don't drink so I won't judge about the bar menu.

Great place and great ambiance. We enjoyed the food a lot, great quality. Drinks were okay. The place is quite spacious, there is an indoor and outdoor section. They serve hookah as well. The server was also very nice and suggested a few dishes.
