Toy Land - Toy store in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Owner and sales person are pathetic and horrible, they are selling duplicate hot wheels set of cars (4 set of hot wheels cost 500) we purchased 2 sets for rs 1000 and post opening them we are suprised they are made up of plastic and broken while playing. When we wanted to convey the same with shop owner trusting he might have been a victim of duplicate agency but he bluntly says he is aware and this are duplicate hot wheels for this price. This is just cheating customer at very high price. Note : do not waste your valuable time and money at this store

They sold a toy worth 2000rs for which battery doesn't standby is hardly 5 mins after asking owner says you didn't ask how long it can standby so we can't guarantee is what he said....it's a fake shop no guarantee of any sort of product you buy from them

This place is located in ABIDS very busy Centre Hyderabad. Shop has many toys variety but not much choice and quantity which I want.

Worst service sold faulty ride on car. Extremely disappointed

Lots of collection, cost range is very diverse, you need to properly search for correct toy, searching online and reading reviews is a trend but when you visit this store you will see huge collection of toys ranging from 50 rupees to 5000 or more. Quality matters: most of the toys are china made and yes quality will be compromised and same problem when we buy online. There are some good companies products too. We have to call out about quality the store keepers will help us. PS: parents should be careful when you take kids to this shop as there are many many toys they will be overwhelmed to see such collection :)

I dnt lk bcz of their no return n exchange kind of issues they are not giving any response to customer satisfaction ....I just took 3 toys from them n they refused to chk after one hour only n it's not working...so requested them but no use at all I was old customer...I won't recommend to buy from there n almost all r toys can be taken from Begum bazar with reasonable price...

Not even single star, Bad experience with sales person. Sales person are not interested (forcefully) attending customers, they show toys of their choice and customer should buy from those only.....If customer spend more time on selection, they shows some arrogance. Note: I have visited to this shop at 5pm, not at closing time....

Good collection of toys, overall quality is good. If you have fed up with online toys quality and want to purchase after inspection than this is the right place
