I booked hotel online and paid all money, but they refused to give hotel room just because my partner had local Id and we have been settled in other state for more than 2yrs and visited here to stay for 2 days and we paid all cash.. nd no refund and he made me stand in the night 9.30pm and requested and very rude behaviour and negligence. My partner was gonna come next day, made me stand and didn't give room. I went in search of room at late night 11
Hotel was good. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service and other services are really slow. Not much hot water came in the morning 6am . Parking was less, if you are early you will get parking else need park in the road.
Excellent stay here. Recently visited Coimbatore on an official work. Stayed here for two days. Really liked the place. Since it is a oyo premium all the premium feature were in place. Would recommend to people who visit Coimbatore. It is accessible to Railway and Bus stand. Properly placed in the city. Decently located to shopping areas.
Not even stayed there. They had financial issues with OYO so they planned and rejecting customers after booking. Never seen a bad hotel in my life time while for business trip.
Just opposite to railway station, around 600 mtrs. Two blocks are present in it old and new. Always go for the new one, that's neat and clean. For complementary breakfast has to go to the adjacent hotel building.
Very good hotel and the Manager(Ramesh) very friendly person.At the time of check in Mr.Ramesh told,stay in hotel as your home.At time of check out i told him to check the room and he said " not required and i belive you sir".This kind of response really motivated me to stay once again in future.Rooms are well furnished and neat and clean.So anybody can choose this hotel and enjoy
We did operation to my sister in KG hospital,we took near by room in VINAYAK IN, good and smooth check in process,caring and service was very good,especially,one man was cleaning the room,his name SANJAY from thanjavur, he arranged all facilities to us....worth for money,must try here friends,sanjay brother thank you so much for your help and caring concerns
