The dirtiest hotel I had ever stayed. Wish I could give zero rating. Bathroom, room, floor, bedsheet, towel everything there was dirty and sure deserve zero rating. Better to stay at some dharamshala. Merely by name it's Utsav, but really it proved totally opposite. Management may check rooms and self justify if I had commented anything wrong.
Nearby railway station, spacious rooms around rs.900 price range, However for a short stay it's manageable since cleanliness is not up to the standards.
Rooms are dirty, service is very slow and irresponsible. Receptionist is unavailable and unfriendly. Hotel is filthy. Location is around the railway station. Door locks do not work. Complete waste of money. Management is bad.
Property is not maintained properly, location is nearby railway station or near by city main spots so that ok. But yes services related to cleaning and also room maintenance is pathetic
Rooms shown were filthy. Selected the less filthy one out of compulsion. Cockroaches roaming in the room . Pillow covers not changed despite requesting thrice . Will never repeat this mistake again.
Rooms are in their worst condition. They don't keep it clean. There was bugs in bedrooms. Washroom was smelling so badly. Even after telling them, the staffs don't listen to anything.
I stayed for 2 days. *The room was smelling badly of cigarettes, bad smell was coming from bathroom as well * In the morning water supply was gone for 3 hours * Mineral water was charged 30 instead of the written MRP 20. There were billing error for breakfast as well. Overall, had a very bad experience, will advise to avoid this place.
Location is good just beside the station. Good for sales people. Room are not clean r maintained. Wash room is also so small. The reception and sitting place are very nice but they should pay attention to the rooms as well. The staff aren't that friendly as well. When asked for empty plates they are angry that we are not ordering from their place and asking for plates. But it's so reasonably cost effective may be that's what helping them out. By the time we are to check out the hotels rooms are full as well. You can understand the demand
