One of the worst Oyo rooms. I booked online to pay at the hotel at night. At reception they told me that they can't give room at this rate no matter what you do. Go to any other hotel at night. The location is secluded. No room service. No breakfast was served even after they charged double.Broken toilet seat. Dirty lenins provided. Overall last option to book.

The rooms were okay but they charged extra 800 for it other than the booking, Staff extremely rude and unhelpful didn't even give water after calling them 2 times.

If u need just a room with unclean mattress, soiled bed linens, unclean rooms, no toiletries provided, no water bottle, frequent power trips, no towels or floor mats, no garbage bins and no proper manners than a big smile on face while taking our money, then you may go for this hotel. An enormous per day tariff. The door lock was a night mare as it would never open from inside. TV never worked. No privacy with amere transparent curtain at windows with another apartment complex on opposite side. Toilets were dirty that it was never cleaned after last checkout. They took oyo booking and payment, and while reaching hotel at odd hours, they directly deny the booking at your face saying they won't take such bookings. Rude and charge more than normal. It takes forever to get a taxi or auto from this place unless you walk to the highway. Looters they are. The lobby sofa will always be occupied by the workers there either sitting or sleeping on it with unnecessary songs and comments as you pass by. There is no lift available from ground floor. You carry all your things and climb up to the mezzanine floor and then you get a lift. If you press ground floor in the lift, then you will be stuck there until somebody has time to come and release you. They needs money and the customers have to take what they get. This will be a good place for those looking for one night stands. Negative stars should be available for reviews.

Warning : Stay away from this hotel. 1. Amenities mentioned on the internet are misleading and false (Basic requirements like water and electricity is also questionable). 2. Staff is worst (Even though they are in the hospitality industry, they do not care about guests) 3. No restaurant in hotel 4. Bar just below the hotel - may not be comfortable for families. Book this hotel at your own risk. If you have time, read my experience. I booked hotel through Oyo by paying Rs. 1400 on app. After reaching hotel at 9.30 PM, caretaker of the property (by his behavior and etiquettes he couldn't be manager) asked me for 500 rupees more as oyo does not give them enough commission, which is really unprofessional and unethical. I decided to pay and stay for a night rather than finding hotel in the late night (hotel took advantage of the situation). They took 30 min to allot me a room because of cleaning and all. I got the room, TV was not working, some lights were not functional. Luckily AC and fan was working, I thought its just matter of some hours. I slept and woke up in the morning, went to bathroom. To my surprise, there was not even a drop of water coming out from bathroom's tap. I had to go down to reception from 3rd floor. No one was there, waited for 10-15 minutes. Caretaker came and said he will turn on the pump and it will just take 5 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes, nothing happened. Again I had to go to reception, he said "bas 5 min ruk jaao, paani aa jayega". Again waited for 20-30 minutes, still no water. I had to use mineral water for all morning activities (imagine the situation). After 2 hours, I heard the sound of water from bathroom. Also there were many college couples in the hotel. That's fine but if you are with family, it is awkward.

Nice and Excellent service very polite staff including Reception staff, room service, Houskeeping is very nice.... There is no disturbance in hotel, very safe place.... they treat the guest as like family, friends, relative, I love this Hotel staff, service, everything is very fantastic rooms are very clean, specious and comfortable.

20th May 2022- Rooms looked good but other than that nothing was good. There were no dustbins in any room. The garbage was thrown near stairs on the floor. Once in a while when you come out of room, you would always see some room's bed sheets and covers thrown on the floor in the passage to clean the room when the customer had checked out. No towels, no soaps, no floor mat outside bathrooms. The water supply in bathroom is so minimal that it takes hour to fill up a small water tub of hardly 20 cm diameter. The management is terrible. We were first told different room numbers, then they gave us other rooms which were already being used by someone and the customer had gone out when we were given the room. When that person came back, we had to leave the room when we were in the middle of freshening up. Came morning. I had to go to exam, and there was no water supply in washroom, not for bath, shower or washbasin or toilet. Zero water. We used mineral water bottles to wash the face cause that's the least we need to do after waking up and before going to talk with manager right? Also, note that they had not provided bottles, it is written in their instructions that they won't provide water bottles. So we had to use what we had bought on our own to drink. When we complained about water, they took 30 minutes to send someone. Even after starting the water supply, as mentioned above, the water coming out of tap was so little, it takes ages to gather bare minimum enough amount of water to bath (i.e. less than 50% of what you daily use for bath). Do not even ask about the shower head. When asked about this, they said, water supply is on full force, that was the max water force we could get out of tap!! Also, when the lights went out, it took them considerable time to had the backup supply on and during that outage time, my dad was stuck in the elevator getting claustrophobia. Everytime in the evening we requested something or asked about the lack of something, they would always answer that staff are having dinner they'll come later! This was used for continuous 3 hours. Who takes 3 hours for dinner? We were gonna stay for 2 nights but we checked out after first night itself.
