I believe the rating should be zero. Very dirty rooms, location is in a narrow street, staff is very rude, room service keeps you waiting for an hour, food they serve was pathetic. I booked this hotel through MMT for 3 person 1 room and in that case mattress for 3rd person they charged Rs.500/- and didn't give invoice or cash memo. This place is hell and no one should visit here. I feel the Government should take action against these fraudsters. And MMT should also review the what there tie up hotels are offering otherwise MMT will also loose reputation like OYO has lost.
I was an amazing service offer by hotel staff. neat and clean room with proper AC. cushion, pillow etc. everything is perfect except the locality where the hotel is situated. there are lots of mosquitoes surrounding out side hotel not inside. can stay here only on the service offer by the hotel staff not on the hotel structure and/or location

I stayed in this hotel for one day. When I entered the room with the front office associate first' thing I noticed that there are hairs in the bed. So I asked them to change the linen. They charged around 2200-2300 rupees pe night and they provide only two small water bottles in rupees and rest are chargeable. Complementary breakfast have only one option in my case only poha which is terrible. Staff is good but anything else is not ok there.
Rooms are average. Don't have too many options to eat. Complimentary breakfast does not have any options or variety whatever be the menu of the day you have to have it else no breakfast.. they only have one thing per day.. So go for without food if you just want to spend very less time in the hotel
Service was amazing. Even i have called back to the reception after chec out for the day. They responsed back immediately and remember with the name as well. They accept the request and work on that. Nice staff with accountability of their work
Hotel Owner and Staffs are very supportive and corporative. Ambience is also good. Rooms are neat and clean with necessary amenities. Foods are very tasty and healthy. Overall its a great stay for all.
