*Vacation and comfortable stay* The Novotel was not only great in its name but also in its entirety. The service from the word go is amazing. The staff is extremely hospitable and well trained to handle all kind of queries and requests. Even the trainee staff is extremely hospitable. Surabhi at the front desk is well spoken and ensures guests are well taken care of,she took express check-in and express checkout..we didn't realise when all formalities was done...The rooms there are spacious and the View is very good.All in all our stay of 4 nights at the orange hotel was an experience we would like to revisit and recommend to one and all. Well done mr.prasad and front office staff

Budget friendly hotel. Adequate and cheerful staff. Rooms are good and Spacious.R oom and the linen they used it was good. They've in-house Restaurant and room service, food menu also good. they've little issue with their lift and when i used the stairway it was messy. Or else i Would have given them 5 star

As usual all OYO hotels are budget based. Means, they get a fixed pax rate from OYO and coz of this the hotels are not maintained. Cockroaches welcomed us in the rooms. Bedsheets, towels.. etc are all stained. If you are very particular about cleanliness this hotel is not for you. For 'CHALEGA' types.. this is good as.. the tariffs are average.

A OK budget hotel. Staffs are good but not professional. Food is not good compared to other eating joints of Visakhapatnam. Rooms are clean. Price is good. Over all a budget hotel u can use for 1 or 2 days for business trip.

Room is spacious but sheets and service is very poor. Try to avoid if service quality is what you need. Posting a photo where you can see how the hotel is using corridor as store ...you have to jump it in order to go to your room

I had booked 2 rooms in this hotel via OYO. I would say one thing: The whole experience of staying here was good. They have active room service, good quality reasonable food & also well maintained rooms. Thank you to the staff of the hotel and also OYO.

What an experience!The best hotel at such an affordable range.The services they offer are too good for the price you pay. They all co-orporate with college students or couples. Staff is very friendly.Restaurant and room services arrive within few minutes.

Very nasty. Pillows were dirty. Glasses were dirty. Sink was dirty. Bathroom needs some bleach. Told the front desk he said OK. Hmmm OK I just checked in at 1130 pm paid 2000 rupees until check out 11 am and all you can say is OK.
