I booked online through OYO with price shown online and paid full amount online. while check-in in, they are demanding an extra 100% payment for what is shown online, hotel staff behave rudely and they are saying that the price shown online is less and they are claiming that it is fake. due to that we regret to pay any extra amount and they were not allowed us to stay there. I raised the issue on the helpdesk but there is no response till now. with this, we get a lot of mental torchers and mental agony and we get bad experiences from Hotel management & OYO with wasted time and energy by moving here and there due to poor & bad service & hotel management. Do not book Townhouse OAK The Margi Hotel, they cheats public by demanding extra amount at check-in.

I have booked through make my trip but they denied to check in and ask me to cancel the booking and paid offline then they will provide the room. Worst and unprofessional staff. Fully fraud hotel. Don't book any booking.

I was scammed , since i booked it on makemytrip , when i arrived after 700kms of journey, they gave away my booked rooms to someone else offline and all the other rooms were booked , this all happened in at 3 am with least options available, do not book nor get scammed

Rooms are dirty, spider webs in AC ducts, washrooms. Windows are broken. Bad smell. I paid for 4 nights stay and checked out in 10 mins. They don't allow outside food. Looking at hotel conditions, I figured out quality of food and dint want to take risk with my son's health. No staff to help you out with luggage. When I checked out in 10 minutes complaining, receptionist dint even say a word. I guess they are pretty aware about the situation.

Good location ...but when we want to check in the made different alligations.... After 3 hours debate they asked us to check in directly without Oyo booking for their regular tariff...i refused coz the Oyo has given the option to choose then why u people are making the difference...they simply says that u should talk with Oyo we can't help u finally i got check in with Oyo booking and the manager told me that sit don't book from Oyo or just book in Oyo and came to hotel and pay regular tariff for staying with Oyo checkin rules ..,. I'm surprised... But it's a worthy hotel to pay .... Whatever happened ...the hotel is good to stay in prime location...

The experience was amazing, really. I was greeted by the staff and they were very nice and friendly. The room bays were lovely with all amenities working well so I can get whatever I needed in terms of toiletries, TV channels or wifi connection. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a vacation or just

Too expensive with the service which they provide. No behavioural persons appointed at the reception. Rooms are not clean, bedsheets and pillows are dirty,No Refrigerator facility, hotwater comes 30 mins after tap opens.. Worst experience to the money we spent there..

I came for check-in and I was directly told to pay extra. I already paid and the reception guy was so confident even telling me that we can't take your booking until and unless you pay extra. And he even saying the same to other guests came that time as well. I had to reach the customer support, left me on hold for 15-20 mins then hanged on. Again I had to reach customer support, waited again for minutes until he said you can proceed for check-in. Never going again there. Such a bad experience.
