The staff are horrible. They ask extra money even after booking. Try to make an extra buck out of everything. Room cleaning and service was not dpne on time. I had free breakfast but they charged me for the complimentary breakfast too which was average. Liars.
I reserved this hotel by Agoda but they didn't have my reservation. Also, they don't have seabook. So, no foreigners can stay here. They tried to prepare that I can stay but I needed to pay 3 times payment that I paid in Agoda. I didn't lodge here. I just waste my time and money because of them and Agoda.
I had a worst experience in this hotel , room was not clean, not even a towel handwash or any soap was provided. They asking for extra charge for everything and behaviour was worst. Don't visit this place.
I stayed at Oyo Townhouse Royal stay Inn adjacent to The Grace Inn , Hotel is neat and clean, well furnished , good staff and service. It would have been better if the hotel would have served only / complete vegetarian food.
Worst, they didn't allow me on Oyo booking they are saying , I have to pay their amount and that was so Costly. They said on Oyo app prize we can't process your booking
We booked a room through make my trip with pre payment.. but when we arrived at the location they refused to give us the rooms even though there was our booking at the receptionist mobile. The receptionist kept on saying that I can't do anything please contact with make my trip and solve your problem yourself. It was late at night and we had to leave to search for another place to stay.
If you are going for this hotel to stay in please keep in mind that the staff is so bad even their behaviour is not good. I had a reservation there but the staff asked that the price i got from online booking is not in their list & they don't recognise the oyo booking valid for their hotel. So go for a good one not for this hotel.
It is nice propterty. But staff is rude.. I booked but they denied to check in and asked for extra payment. Also TV was not working since check in.. Even they not bother about it.. Also lot of mosquito in room.. So please carry own anti mosquito cream.. They will not provide you all out.. Rest all good
