Townhouse OAK Sadhoo Heritage Resort - Hotel in Thana, Elayavoor - Kannur, India

Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from my bottom of my heart. Wish to drop in when ever I get a chance to be in Kannur. Neat and clean all over with good ambiance money worth. Best wishes to the entire team and hope to see you all. Great job and keep it up.

Worst experience ever in a hotel. Eww! The rooms were nasty, it was like they never did any maintenance or cleaning. The windows were broken, there were no hot water. The ac seemed to be working(heard some noise from it) but it never cooled the room . The toilet flush also didn't work and they never checked it even after we complained. The glass on bathroom door was transparent Someone could literally see you showering! Better look for another hotel or reach home soon . This hotel even charges u for the drinking water and the hotel isn't even worth the money u spent . I hate to admit they have business!!! Never ever gonna stay there!!

I made a one-night booking through the Oyo app and paid online. The resort is located in a remote area with no available transportation. After a long journey, I managed to reach the property, only to be shocked when I was denied check-in because all the rooms were supposedly booked and they had no record of my reservation. After a 25-minute hold on the phone with Oyo, they confirmed the same message and canceled my booking. To add insult to injury, the manager at the property laughed at my situation when I pleaded to stay. Furthermore, he mentioned that it was common for Oyo to accept bookings even when they were already sold out. I would never consider staying at such a casual property again, and Oyo is definitely not recommended. Their customer care is consistently busy, and the agents often struggle with proper English communication. Unfortunately, my experience with Oyo remains unchanged even after four years.

It's a very bad let down, no hot water facility.. the house keeping kept telling it's because of rain, the solar isn't working n they had no backup for hot water during rainy season.. infact they kept providing hot water in buckets..they posted picture of a restaurant...but closed for maintenance.. the housekeeping n the reception in this resort are very rude.. low maintenance.. the room smells and the swimming pool very dirty n disappointing... Kannur as a place.. is very calm n peaceful good place for a family time... but incident like this takes a troll of the vacation you planned...

Nice resort. Has a well maintained pool. Good service. Complimentary breakfast available but not very good. Also the TV does not have a cable connection and food has to be ordered from outside on the day we visited.

Very Bad Experience Room was not have the value for money. The swimming pools is not clean. The area was less maintained.
