I'm not at all happy with the service ,since we booked the rooms using OYO app the manager was rude to us. Complimentary breakfast was not provided and when asked about it they refused to provide breakfast. We had to pay for basic breakfast and it was over priced. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone one . Customer service was very bad and for family this is not an ideal place.
I will not recommend anyone to stay here. Very rude management team. They will keep remind you to get out of the hotel way before check out time and will disturb you by calling into the rooms and pushing to order food. Reception team is not welcoming. Management team charged us for the "complimentary" breakfast.
One of the worst oyo rooms you can get in bangalore. Receptionist was rude and room provided was in pathetic condition. Receptionist was forcing us to checkout even before checkout time. Kindly note "If you checked in via oyo app, services provided are pathetic" Even though whole Bangalore doesn't have electricity failure, these guys will be having.
This hotel just wants to encash from the location. Worst hotel service ever received. Do not recommend to stay here
The rooms were Okay, and also, the location seems to be on the highway but it is actually far from basic facilities, like restaurants are far and also the bus stop is also at a distance.
Worst experience food is not good staff is so rude rooms are not clean I don't prefer to stay in this hotel please think before staying
The windows have no Air or Sound Proofing: full loudness of the traffic. Morning 6 am, food smoke and cooking smell. New towels are never replaced. Only sent on reminders. Cleaning of the room is not done all garbage and Trash remains on the floor. Coffee and tea is not refilled everyday..needs to be reminded. Food quantity is very less.. non-veg pieces are mostly bones and small. Gravy and onions are extra to compensate. The last time floors of the room looked clean was at checkin.
