Very very bad experience from the receptionist.He told me that his owner have 35 bars & restaurants.They have too much profit from the bars so they don't want to rent the rooms.If the rooms are empty no problem.
I want only one extra bed with suit room,but he was compelling me to take 2 extra bed with extra payment.Otherwise go outside they have good profit from bar.
Stayed there since I had exam centre at Marbeselios..
The travel to the location was scenic and climate was good..
Room service for food arrangement (since kitchen is non functional now) and cab Arrangements to travel to exam centre was good..
Booked it online and payment was as per mentioned on online website booked..No extra payment obtained..
Food bought has to be paid..

Actually lights were not good for reading (since the stay was for exam)..

Hotel is little bit old and lacks maintenance. Good place for bachelors. Rooms are spacious and staff behaviour is really nice.
Perfectly placed restaurant near Idukki with such an amazing view of blue hills and green slopes. A good stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner as it have the nice ambience for tripping towards Idukki. Also the hall is big enough for groups with neat furniture
