The location is good, rooms are ok but the service is very poor.

Hotel reception staff was not welcoming. Came across as arrogant. There was no key available for the room. After asking it to the staff they said that some other customer took it with them. There was no body wash filled in the bathroom. The bottle was empty. Fan regulator was broken in the room. Requesting to improve the hospitality.

Very poor service no towel in the room and room is also not clean bedsheet and bed cover is not changed they keep like that stain in bed cover and no toiletries in the bathroom. TV is also not working no water bottle from there side, no hot water. And we check in hotel evening 7 pm still they tell us 11 am we have to check out if u want 2 hr then u have to pay full amount for stay. Don't go it's very poor service

Pathetic in just one word, When u r in hospitality industry you need to respect your customer, understand his requirement. My experience was completely opposite. First of all don't do a booking online an visit there, they will just suprise you by rejecting your booking, then wil l charged you almost double. Rooms are not as depicted in photos, they are tiny as match box. You want get breakfast if you check in early, they literally made me threw out of their restaurant Completely unhygienic beds, sheets and even pillow, you literally need to to beg them for getting ur room cleaned. Ac remote was given after giving them reminder for more than 3 times, despite booking an AC room on first instance, few hotels open the AC even before the guest arrive I took complimentary breakfast next day which was good, but there were no staff available, they wer all busy taking paid orders Atlast when i left they didn't gave the bill stating that their machine is off, it took almost 7 hours for them to send me the mail. So if u don't get any better option try this one.

Their prices show different on many booking sites like OYO, Agoda, Booking.com etc. Once you book the hotel people will call you and ask for more money. If you refuse they will cancel your booking. VERY BAD experience. Do not book at all.

This hotal tells solar and we didn't get Hot water here and even after complaining to reception multiple times no one came so had to personally go and get help but even helper says not sure what is wrong and we had to adjust. Car parking although they have under ground facility they had used it to throw waste there and making cars to park outside so the whole point of safe car parking is gone for a toss. So if you complain on any of these the staff seems they have got used to it and act very careless. I don't recommend this hotal

First of all i booked on Agoda , which in turn books from Oyo , Oyo in turn book with actual hotel. This hotel has already suspended all the bookings from OYO (in directly Agoda) but, OYO is still cheating people by accepting booking on the name of hotel and sending confirmation for same. Inspite of having confirmed booking with full amount paid in advance hotel staff said we never got any money from OYO or for that matter it is suspended. As it was late night i had to pay 1800 for stay for that night. OYO cheating strategy is simple. Slash the rates to dead cheap price and people will purchase it later will ignore it as it's small amount. Don't fall prey with such offers

Very low on hygiene, doors didn't lock n none bothered at all about it. Rooms n all common areas very uncleaned. Restaurant very unhygienic, cutlery and utensils were not washed well. Some front desk staff was very cooperative, but the overall management was low on quality. There are better hotels in Kolhapur. Only if no choice, just enough for a night stay.
