Townhouse OAK Hotel Edesia - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Rooms are actually very good and specious but room service is very bad. After complaining them twice they didn't change the bed sheet. And in rooms it feels like very dusty. So it's my humble request to this hotel owner and management that your hotel and rooms are very fabulous but kindly work on your room service team and have a look of your hotel and try to maintain it.

Very unpleasant experience! I had booked this hotel in advance with full payment. Confirmed over call as well before reaching there with family and kids around 11pm. To my disbelief, I was denied check in. I requested in all possible ways but they didn't listen. I had to call police to solve the matter. It's a strict "no-no" for everyone.

My experience was awesome with this hotel. The check in and check out both are very quick and smooth. It's centrally air conditioned and AC was working well. Room was spacious and neat and clean. Only minus point is breakfast. They should work upon their breakfast as they always have only bun butter with tea.

Prior request for early check-in is not accepted while booking but wont be provided.. u cant reach the hotel reception neither through no. Provided on google nor from the room inside the hotel..they want you to book through oyo app but the oyo does not have this hotel in their list... if u r booking using different website they wont entertain ur requests...they will charge for the breakfast but wont provide saying "no staff.. so kitchen is closed"..stained mattress ... dirty linens..even the basic things like water bottles are not provided in the rooms...they are always out of staff for every task...

Nice place to stay, primarily coz of it's location, adjacent to Mr Brown cafe :). One of the USPs of the hotel is nice behavior of staff, I mostly interacted with Mr. Dharmndra Yadav and Mr Sachin Singh, very considerate and service oriented staff. Little improvement on breakfast quality is expected. Overall a great experience it is.

First day of check in ,after paying to goibibo they were asking for extra money to me...After giving extra money also they have given a horror pathetic room where sockets were not working ,Ac was not working ,tv was not working ,bed sheet was so dirty and tear ,blanket was tear , pillow also tear ....Really worst experience...staff, manager and gateman all behaviour is so rude and they are so much mannerless....they only want money and money only ...Bed is like cactus ,springs were out from bad....they are so much illiterate they dnt know how to talk to their guest .there is no room service, hospitality......they control their Ac and power from their own self .they cut main switch ..1 whole day Ac didnt worked .there is no laundry service ...no person was there for carrying the bags...After saying lots of time they changed my room and nothing was working in that room too..it is worst experience..Dnt go in this hotel very bad experience i am having ...even they dnt know how to tlk wid female ...manager and staffs are so bad....Dnt go there and stay.its pathetic and worthless.

They are theives had the marriage hall booked last year. They took all the money payment first and photography service was also paid in full but now due to the non payment of hotel to the photographer, he is not giving us the videos of the marriage + album. Shameless management of Wedding.in. Pure cheaters. Worst service and Management. A humble request please avoid this hotel.

the rooms were huge. the view was awesome . the food was great. the bathrooms were great. had a five on five experience. only minus was the servies as they did not have man power to carry luggage or any thing and reception was also slow because of that
