They don't allow people with pre-booking status, it's their policy,was lucky to be allowed ,,,u have to pay at the hotel ofcourse without offers and all,,,it shows complementary breakfast but u have to pay to eat cos they haven't updated this in Oyo website, funny right,,,sheets r not clean as they claim,,, when guests arrive they fell burden being there. I checked out later in the same 1st day morning itself,didn't claim my 2nd day bookings money, obviously they don't bother. My experience -ofcourse it's the worst one

They are scam and ask for more money even when you have already booked the room. Behaviour is very rude. Worst staff. Worst service. Dirty rooms, and no respect for customer

Complementary breakfast written in description but when we reached manager denied to give us we complaint to oyo they said policies changed after covid now it up to propery whether to give it or not. It's ridiculous and terrible worst experience

Scam hotel, bad behaviour of receptionist, worst staff, no safety and no respect for customer. Rooms are very dirty and smell bad, overall all 0 star experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT...

I don't want to give any star, probably a negative star for my experience here. The hotel staff showed nightmare in the day light. I had checked In this hotel after booking from Fabhotels, but on arrival the room was not ready. They initially gave me a room, but the room was not clean in terms of the bedsheets and pillow were used. And the pillow was stinking. On complaining at the reception they given me another room smaller than before, but the size was not a concern. As soon as I entered the room. I could smell something rotten, a very bad odour something like a smelly rotten socks. Upon calling the staff and asking him about the smell, he simply said its the smell of the air fresher. I was shocked, this smell can't be of any room fresher. Room fresheners are supposed to be giving a comforting smell. I had then called the Fabhotels and explain the problem I was facing with the hotel. The Fabhotel executive on call asked me to.handover the phone to the Fabhotel chaitanya executive hotel staff. He had taken the call and started to scream at the person on the call and misbehaved with me. I had been requesting him to calm down and speak polite but he kept screaming and asking me to getout of the hotel right now. Further he started to use very disturbing and disgusting words to me and was threatening me. He had another 3 staff from the hotel also there and all of them just blocking the room entrance with me inside the room. The another man comes in and then he said he was the manager and he wanted to solve the issue. later he started to behave rudely and talking in high pitch asking me to shut my mouth. I told him to ask him staff to apologize me for the disgusting and threatening behavior but the manager said that he wouldn't apologize and he is not going to do it. All of this happened while the executive of Fabhotel was on call and she was all recording the incident. I couldn't handle the situation and people there so simply took my luggage and ran outside the hotel. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.. I HAVE STAYED IN HOTELS WORLDWIDE BUT THIS WAS JUST SO MUCH DISTURBING.. I hope this review goes till the Owner of the hotel and they take proper action against the staff.

Worst experience ever, i had late checked in, the staff and owner are so rude and speak very harsh to their customers. I had done my booking through Oyo but during check in they asked for extra money saying that online prices are wrong, and saying that you can book another hotel if you want. And I connected with Oyo customer care, but couldn't do anything. but still i was ready to pay extra amount. But owner denied to give me receipt of the amount payable, This hotel is running scam with people. And very unethical business. They don't provide a receipt for the stay and they work in cash only and don't have any manner to talk to a customers Never ever go to this hotel even if they provide you at the lowest price, you might be scammed and also Oyo you provide the worst customer service.

Worst staff, unclean rooms, Even after complaining, didn't changed bed sheets from previous guests. Don't waste your money and peace of mind at this place.

This place is extremely Unsafe according to me. I had payed money through make my trip, the owner of the hotel denied entry, then yes i argued about my money being taken, he asked me to get lost, called me senseless and started threating about filing an complaint aagint us when we said we have already paid. I found the man's attitude and behaviour was very riskyy. I overheard him talking about the people staying at his hotel in a wrong way, he was speaking of there autak and was laughing. Being a female i don't think this place is safe. Would not recommend this !
