Overall, my recent stay at Townhouse OAK Hotel 1 Lovelock was fair, however there were a couple of areas needs improvement to enhance the guest experience. The accommodations were comfortable and the service from your staff was generally good. I appreciated the cleanliness in the bathroom. However, there were some notable issues that I encountered during my stay: the lack of temperature control on the air conditioning. It would have been more convenient to have the ability to adjust the room temperature according to personal preferences. Another is the dirty bedlinen/sheets and pillows provided in my room which contributed to limit and affect my overall comfort during the stay. While the quality of the meals was generally good, the pricing of the food served is high. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope to visit your hotel again and experience an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

They charged extra 1K during check in, stating that the price online was false and neither were willing to refund the paid money. So you are forced to pay extra money to get in the hotel. Food charges were high and they do not allow outside food. Rooms were good but had few minor issues. Lift was not working. Overall, I don't think I will book the hotel ever again. Poor value for the money they charge.

The location, room and service are good but the policy of no outside food is not good. It customers choice to choose his food. The price according is too high Don't book the room ofline You will get very cheap if you book it online.

Very bad experience for Banglesh nationality. The property doesn't mention anywhere they can't accommodate foreign guest. I have a confirm booking but they refuse to check in due to I'm Bangladeshi. Don't book this place if you're a foreigner specially Bangladeshi. **don't book with OYO

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for seven days, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever encountered. From the moment I checked in, I encountered a series of frustrating situations that left me feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as a guest. First and foremost, the hotel has a strict policy of not allowing outside food, which I found incredibly restrictive. As a traveler, I enjoy exploring local cuisine and occasionally bringing back some food to enjoy in the comfort of my own room. However, to my surprise, the hotel staff informed me that outside food was not permitted. This limitation greatly impacted my ability to have a variety of dining options during my stay, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. Adding insult to injury, the hotel's breakfast policy was misleading. Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was included in my stay, which led me to believe that I could order any breakfast item of my choice. However, when I attempted to order a chicken sandwich and paratha for breakfast, I was shocked to find that I was being charged for these items. The justification given by the staff was that only vegetarian options were complimentary, and specifically, only aloo poori was available as a free item. This contradictory information left me feeling deceived and frustrated. The overall experience at this hotel left a bitter taste in my mouth. The restrictive policy on outside food and the false promise of a complimentary breakfast made my seven-day stay completely worthless. I felt like a mere source of revenue rather than a valued guest deserving of a pleasant and accommodating stay.

Worst experience. Non responsive staff. Demanding 100% extra money for a request to check-in 3 hours prior. The property is not as shown in the pictures and is totally misleading. It's a very old building and has no parking space. The staff is non responsive and is only looking for your extra payment. Else they won't even look at you despite your waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours. Definitely not recommended to anyone. Worst choice. Agoda & oyo are useless when it comes to customer support. Never trust these sites ever. When in problem, they are helpless, useless.

Horrible experience. Oyo keeps bad to worst. I first booked an hotel just before checking in ..i found out they have automatically cancelled my booking and given another booking at a sub par property without my consent. Cancelled that booking and booked again at 1 lovelock hotel. On checking i was told the room rates will be 2500 instead of 1600 as mentioned in oyo app. I was short on time and patience already as wasted a significant time with customer care earlier. Hence i took the booking. Then there was the worst room service i ever had. Even the ac worked like a fan. I will use make my trip next time than waste my time on oyo

They will ask you for extra money by saying that is the rate of today. Rooms were good. They are selling their rooms from oyo but they will deny bookings from oyo. Receptionist girl was good with some soft atiquette.
