Classic Grande Hotel in Pune offers a pleasant stay with its excellent amenities and overall service. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities provided are up to par. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the behavior of some of the receptionists. While most of the staff are friendly and accommodating, a few receptionists could benefit from better customer service skills. It is recommended that the hotel focuses on training and improving the reception staff's attitude and professionalism to enhance the overall guest experience.

The check-in experience was not good. The room which was booked on booking dot com. The Room looked as it was in the photos, but it wasn't maintained well. All the dust and discarded stuff were just hidden under the bed which I discovered accidentally when my phone fell down The Area is congested but you'll find everything you need nearby. MG road has many restaurants. Old Burger King is at walkable distance.

-Hotel is nice & clean -staff is good & cooperative. -location is in crowdy area which I like. -breakfast was good -four Wheeler parking is difficult due to dense populated & Market area.

Not a pleasant experience at all. The room we got was extremely cramped. The door handles of the washroom and main door, the key holder and the table were all broken. To top it, the area is not appropriate for ladies to stay or venture at all. Honestly, the breakfast food was the only good thing about the stay in this hotel.

The moment I entered the room, I was jaw dropped shocked by the mere appearance of the room. It was exactly the same as it was shown and described on their website. The overall ambience of the room is so relaxing with dim lights, that the whole arena of just a room shall take all your tiredness away. But I will complaint about the staff at front desk is very rude both of them are really terrible and give a less bothered replies to guest . They are not aware of keeping the guests happy at all , but overall housekeeping staff and kitchen staff services are very nice. At the time of checkout ,even if the checkout time is 11 they charged as for Rs .300 for the late c/o at 12 ,this was really not expected from such a nice property even 5 star hotels provide 1-2 hours for free .

Nice service and Good Quality of food Very Good Experience, there is only one drawback location is not good. Overall a very good experience for stay.

Very worst attitude of the staff including each and everyone. Restaurant staff is like openly saying "we didn't invited you, you came by yourself, don't blame for worst service, we do whatever we like" Even reception lady says the same, "if you want to go somewhere, you can just leave, no need of you staying here". Have to change their attitude. What to do, after paying hefty amount there was no other way. I suggest everyone should ban this place so that lesson would be taught.

Found a cockroach in the room. The drain in the bathroom was partially choked and by the time one finished the bath, you are standing in a about two inches of water. Service by the staff was good - had a couple of issues regarding the bath towel and soap, promptly attended to by the staff. Was asked to pay for breakfast - first time in an OYO hotel.
