Townhouse 862 Che Sigma - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

The level of service was highly unsatisfactory, dirty bedsheet and pillows, no bath towels weren't provided. When asked reception they mentioned it is due to doby. Lift also working properly. Water tap is not working. Shifted to other room, but the TV was broken state, bath room door was broken and no lock inside. Hotel is close to prime location and easily accessible to bus stand and metro.

I had booked the room online by OYO from evening 6.30 pm to next day 9 o'clock check out & online showed 940 Rs when doing payment the link was coming of a Radha Krishna Restaurant I found something fishy so didn't do payment .They said ok go to the hotel and do payment within 2 hours I said we are at Charminar we will reach it was 4.15 we were booking uber then we got auto he ready to drop me hotel my friends house was 10 minutes away then I & friend reached hotel it was 6 o'clock we told auto wala wait I will see room do payment .Come get my luggage from a friend's house. As we reached a young boy was sitting on the sofa there was no one on the reception counter there was a bell I rang it the boy asked what u need .I told call person in charge , he did call & told me person is coming wait I told the person to come and show us the room auto is waiting he said the person will show then my friend spoke in local language boy told wait the person is coming after half hour he came the number given I was calling he disconnected. Then my auto wala came and told mam do payment it's half hour u made us wait there at counter the person came he asked me ID number where i did booking I told my ID when he checked it was showing 1600 Rs against my name.I & my friend got shocked then I told let me see room we went by lift it was neat & clean with nice clean wash room ,TV,AC he said free Wifi access Then my friend asked how can the price from OYO it change from 940 to 1600Rs my friend spoke OYO helpline number she came down to 1200 ,but the person at reception was telling 1600Rs .I said I will come with luggage do payment my luggage was at my friends house it 7.30 we left.We reached home we felt something wrong is going on. My friends mom told stay with us they gave separate room because even she felt something wrong told don't stay there at night alone .I stay with them left next day to airport.

Full of cockroaches in the room, bed sheets are damn worse with full of stains and marks. No Cleanliness in the rooms. No staff for cleaning, even after requesting several times to clean the room. It took ages for them to serve. Rooms are not how they look in the photos.

Service are very bad and late not good behaviour that person s Rooms are very smelled and cockroachs are there inside and bedsheets are not clean cost also very high greeser not working it's total bad experience in this Oyo hotel

Rooms were narrow but feels comfortable for 2 persons need two rooms for a family of 4 members food service is available, taste was nice for vegetarian foods but non veg items were not tasty as veg. Prices were decent not expensive and not cheap too, Ok Ok.

Had an awesome stay here last weekend. The rooms are excellent and comfy for the price they charged. The staff is very professional. Specifically the receptionist who provided us timely check in. The hospitality in this property was very good. The location is great because you can get bus for tirumala right in front of the hotel. They have ample parking space (not covered parking) . Highly recommend this place for staying. Definitely coming back for all my stays.

Thats is not a hotel its a dungeon and hotel is cheating with the booking also. Please dont use this hotel for the stay. Worst service.
