Oh boy, let me tell you about the worst hotel ever! We picked this place because it was in a good spot for us, but it turned out to be a big mess. We reserved 8 rooms, but the room service was terrible, and the rooms were really dirty. The person at the front desk, Sachin, was super mean and not good at his job. We got there really late, around 11:30 PM, and guess what? The toilet in almost all the rooms was yucky! We asked the people who worked there to clean it, but they said no! So, we had to go to the front desk and wait for Sachin for a whole hour! When he finally showed up, he was so rude. He said, "Sorry, we can't clean it, and I've never had to wake up for a customer before!" Can you believe that? We had to stay there because it was so late, and it's not easy to find 8 rooms in the middle of the night. It was a big, big mess. It was not a good place to stay, and we were very, very upset about it! They don't deserve even one star but that's the minimum I have to give to post it.

Took much time in providing the room after reaching the hotel. Rooms are small and not properly cleaned. A lot of hair was there on bathroom and rooms floor. Not so good experience. No services or quality provided as per the charges.

The oyo receptionist and staff are rude and un co-operative. They offered me a room with broken window stoppers; which cannot be closed and hence the privacy of customer is at risk. Also; the amenities such as shower wasn't working. Please don't ever book this hotel. The oyo authority should seriously look into the premises and gire such rude workers and owners who don't value the customers.

Have booked the hotel for a friend's family. Nice rooms. Decent place. Satisfactory sevice. Good location. Price reasonable. 5 minutes walking distance from lekhraj market. All basic necessities are available at walking distance.

I love this place and really happy to see how this place has turned up. They give full support to guests. The draw back is their kitchen, which takes lot of time in preparing the ordered food, but the best part is they would still provide you the good quality food, atleast you would not disappoint. Staff shall be willing to help you. if in lucknow and want to stay at a convenient location (if you do not have early morning meetings) you can consider because this located in sector 2 Vikas Nagar, you may have trouble visiting Gomti Nagar and even hazratgang.

Everything was good , place has a good vibe . Food is gr8 .. I ordered biryani and it was better than what u will get at tunday kababi . Just rooms were bit smaller .

Slow service alongwith less facilities in rooms. Quality of food and beverages is not upto the mark. Locality of hotel is good. A person can sustain for a 1 day stay only.

Rooms are not big , but they are clean have proper lighting. Room service is good .
