Townhouse 446 Vista Suites - Hotel in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

This is the worst hotel stay i ever had in my life. the hospitality is very poor. the room was not clean at all and the toilet also. Tv is not working properly. i found hairs on the bed when i was enter in the room. The staff also very bad behavior. such an unpleasant experience.. There was no hygiene. Never book this hotel, I give 5/0 rates

The hotel does not look the photos at all ... avoid at any cost !!! The whole place looks old, extremely filthy, the bathroom is FULL of cockroaches, as soon as I put the lights on, at least 20 to 30 baby cockroaches started running around and hid under the the toilet seat and went back into the drain holes. Also there was a pub playing very laud music at 10:00am that was shaking the hotel. I told the reception guy and he did absolutely nothing, I asked for my money back, and he just looked at me !!! We had no choice but leave the place, never got paid back. Avoid this place, its horrible.

Room are very small 100 sqfeet area approx,room are clean not up to the mark washroom was also clean,bed sheet where not so clean AC was working,hot water was not available. Food is at reasonable price,the restaurant is open till 3am,food is tasty as well service is also good outside food is not allowed. Location-Galleria mall 4th floor plan beach road.

Very bad room ,it should 700 for this type of room ,which is looking nice in photo is actually opposite...I have booked for 4-7 as I could not go 4 ,I told u add the money on 7 but they said no..I also dint pay for that dirty room ,I left that room ,no cleaning,not even good food ,not even good room ,walls r very dirty , bedshits r very dirty ..I dint even sleep ..and how dare they say they won't refund ..if anyone don't like it they should refund..they gave me 3 bottole of water ,and they cheated and told me no u took 4water bottle ,so I also given 120 ,who ll fight with illiterate person,..only the reception decoration is little good ,others r very bad ..if we call for food they come after 2 hours ..again asking what u have ordered?? No clean plate ..it's better book Hyatt or jw marriot by paying extraa ,but no need this harrasment..Also just look at the phone they use in room very dirty ,u can't even order ,with our money owners only making his home ,not his hotel room ,this Oyo room owner will get poor soon coz we public will not give 1800 for this kachra ,come to kolkata with this 1800 willshow u best room, ganpati bappa ki statue rakhne se kuch fayda nehi , ganpati bappa ke vakto ko gandiki mein rakhte hain .. ganpati bappa v mu fer lenge.. also it's people hard working money,why we should pay this much when it's not benefited...why unnecessary we make the owner rich ?? We go other places who r more worthy..also they give room to other person when it's already booked and paid ,,they do it for money ..I paid and I went late so they give my room to others ,they dint even call me..they gave me kachra room ..they told me we ll shift u tomorrow..they should give me atleast 5 hours extraa for this scam but 11 o clock they r saying when u r leaving?? Lol ,who wants to stay in ur room..b hotels wear professional clothes ,owner don't have budget for this Oyo..my house bathroom bigger than ur room ..no behave to talk ..kitchen wala saying no u dint order ,they have attitude more than us ...WhO ll waste money for this ?? U people will waste ?? Or ur owner ll stay in these? Keeping guest on bad takiya cover ..say ur owner to live with his family ..they made good reception for attracting people ..big scam ..I got shocked when I entered the room ,they don't do wash anything..for what they are there ..??rooms r smelling ,they don't have budget to buy a good room freshner..I keep my clothes and I slept .my body was itching ...court should ban this hotel..We r human also and working lady ..when owner can't live,we can't also..

Sharing honest opinion below based on my personal experience: 1. Please don't finalise the room based on it's pictures shown in oyo app as the room size is small 2. The location is pretty Good. Easy to reach. 3. Although the food tastes really good, but the prices are too high! The hotel menu has lots of food variation but it is not the actual case as when you order it, they might say it's not available. 4. In the bathroom, there's no exhaust. The entire floor is slippery. Including the floor in the room. (Must be because of sanitising it but watch your step in the room) 5. There is a common wifi. It has a decent speed but please don't binge movies or series as it will often buffer. 6. Last but not least... Make sure to carry "Hit Spray" as you are certain to find cockroaches... A lot of cockroaches. Conclusion - I have rated this room 3 star as it had ticked off some of the pointers on what i was looking for in my stay. But I would recommend this room only for those people who are looking for a budget friendly room in a city with places to visit nearby

SCAM ALERT Don't waste your money booking this hotel, worst service, worst rooms, no value for money, there will be disturbance all day. They will charge you extra money after the booking. Worst place i have ever visited, anybody reading this please find other good places nearby. .

Amazing Service. They set up new linen sheets, made sure Ac was working well...The location is very convinient, if you are looking to crash in affordable price with good location and safety. This could be a good place. It was awesome :)

Amazing hotel with superb staff. Rooms were lovely and clean.What a good quality hotel this was. It was located in the prime location of the city. The reception area was the attractive part i found. It had a ganesh statue with amazing lights. Coming to the rooms, they was just fantastic. There were few tourist spots near to hotel, sanjay gandhi national park was one of them which i visited. Overall, a good experience here.
