Townhouse 278 Rohini Near Rithala Metro Station - Hotel in Delhi - North West, India

The hotel had leaky rooms and the water was seeping during the rain. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I was not given complete set of toiletries. Moreover there was strange sound coming from the AC all the time. I decided not to tell the management bur leave as soon as possible because the staff was very unfriendly and never greeted me. I felt extremely unwelcome there. It seemed they just want the money and do not care about the customer. Moreover, they offered to book directly for further stay with them as they said they have to pay taxes to OYO. This for me was the dtraw that broke the camel's back. This is outright cheating and fraud with the customer and the company giving them business. You should also be aware that there are many hotels in that area that pretend to be with OYO and will take your bookings by lieing out of the skin of their teeth. I will never book anywhere in that area again or through OYO

It was my biggest mistake to go here. It is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Don't get trapped by the picture because these are fake. Nothing works properly in this hotel and also don't get confused by its another name blue saffron. It is their way to trick you.

Worst staff. No corporation. Rude behaviour! Not recommended!! Please book some other room

Hotel staff told me that you cant pay online to oyo will have to pay us direct

Don't trust on images they uploaded, rooms are dirty,bedsheets having oil stains. When you leave oyo, the reception person forcefully tell to put 5stars rating, very rude behavior. He should have been placed to clean the oyo instead of reception guy.

It was a horrible experience!! The kitchen manager was arrogant and staffs were simply ignorant. Food was pathetic, no one is there to listen to your complaints. Not sure if OYO is responsible for that or the hotel people. Whoever it is, they need to learn how customer satisfaction matters in the hotel industry. Not recommended until kitchen manager and staffs are trained to behave professionally with visitors.

DON'T STAY HERE. Worst experience ever. Attaching bed sheet for the reference. They said ki "sir sab kamre me sari bed sheets me white daag to milege hi" Mtlb gajab hai n. They don't wash the sheets ever. Food is of no quality. I forgot to take the pictures of there plates. They were not washed properly. Bad experience.

The kitchen and kitchen staff is very poor. They are helpless. Kitchen staff treating us so badly really very bad thing. Please remove that staff as they are illiterate and irate new customers. Also the food is so bad , even the street food quality is much more better then the food served. Kitchen manager is very bad no way on how to treat customers. He is like a CEO of Google, no apologies nothing to do with food bad food server, tasteless. IDK why you have such kitchen staff. Too BAD
