Issue at the time of check in. Hotel was asking Rs300 extra in cash after prepaid booking.
Check in not allowed for 45 min then any how customer care force to do so.
They provided most dirtiest room in which bed sheet and pillow was not washed from month. Asked to change they denied .
It was a very bad experience. If I was not with my family I would rest in my car. Staff was very bad, no service was satisfactory, bed and pillow also smelled and bed sheet also looked used, nothing was usable in bathroom, so even after full payment 5-7 hours later, I had to leave the hotel and book another hotel nearby. , , Such bad hotels should be closed permanently.
Location is good..food is good..I went the second time but like the first time, this time also they did not have towels.

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Rooms are worst quality. centralised AC is not working properly. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is its proximity to Lucknow Airport. But otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all. This Hotel is popular for hourly use only for cupels.
Very bad experience...rooms not in good condition and hotel even didnot had the hoarding board of oyo...bed sheet and pillow cover in pathetic condition... wouldn't suggest anyone to take the booking ..i left the hotel within 1 and half hour......thanxx a lot to Oyo rooms... wouldn't make any reservations further from Oyo....!!!
