I need an early check in and they are very helpful about that. The rooms are good and clean also but it looks like they are not properly maintained, because the switches and taps in the bathroom are broken. Food service is also good, they serve quickly but sometimes they serve wrong orders. So I think if they keep these points in mind then this hotel might become a very good hotel. Location and service are below below average. You need your own transport parked if you want to stay here. The rooms were clean but not up to great level. For the cost you can definitely find others in some other location. Service was slow but courteous and friendly.

Room was very small. Towel was not provided by default. And room was not even cleaned properly, there was a lot of sand/mud inside room. This hotel does not deserve a Townhouse tag. Very long waiting time, room was not ready. But good thing is receptionist was well behaving and food service was fast also the staffs were well behaved.

My stay in the hotel was quite a pleasant one. I had no real problems staying there, despite it being a bit out of my expected price range. The room is decently sized, the bed and bedding are clean and comfortable, and the AC is always working. The place has a few amenities that you usually don't find in hotels like this, like wifi access.

I don't know what to say. Felt like I was sleeping on the road. Which is basically where the hotel is. But to feel the beds vibrating from the ongoing traffic was a bit too much. There is no noise cancellation inside the rooms and you can pretty much hear all the vehicles going and coming , you feel as if you outside in the road instead of being in a room. Poor quality noise insulation, you cannot hope to achieve a peaceful sleep if you are a light sleeper. The only good thing about this restaurant being that it is very near the airport. without traffic it took us less than ten minutes to reach the airport so if you're looking to crash somewhere just to catch the plane, if might be an option but not an option that was suggested by me.

Where do I even begin with?! To reach the hotel, one needs to cross a 'wonderfully clean' open drain, there itself I knew what was coming! The staff is weird, gestures don't seem welcoming, for one guest registered, they want details of the rest of the guests!!!!!!!! Coming to the rooms, there is company of cockroaches and other insects at all times, one bathroom has leakage, the other's flush in the toilet doesn't work. They mention at the reception that there is a FREE Airport drop and you guessed right, that's no happening! And you pay for this wonderful service a whooping 2500 rupees! Clearly, someone else is in for a treat!!!!!! Staying here was a hopeless, pathetic nightmare. Please save your money and minds!!!!

Perfection, that's what I can say. Each and everything was perfect. Both the room and washroom were clean. Almost every facilities is available in this place. The staff behaviour is excellent, and specially the male Receptionist (wearing specs, I don't know his name), he was so frank and friendly with us. Frankly speaking, I don't know about the quality of food as I didn't ordered anything from there, but will definitely try whenever I will visit again. Overall, my stay was excellent. And yes, the most important thing To all the unmarried couples out there whoever see this, it's extremely safe and secure. Once you check in with all proper documents, no disturbance at all. A must visit place.

This was my first time staying at an Oyo. So, I'm trying to jot down my experience in a few words, hoping that it would help people to choose this stay. Pros: 1. Great view if you are taking a room in the top floors. 2. Awesome food. 3. The staffs don't disturb you at all. Once you are done with the check in process, the room is truly yours. They are courteous as well. 4. 24*7 running water. 5. Clean rooms. 6. Extremely safe for couples. Cons: Well there are few cons but those are negligible if you look at the brighter picture. 1. There was a rat that I discovered in the room. I guess it will be solved soon. 2. The communication is a bit problematic of you don't have your own car. The hotel is away from the city beside NH12, so there is less communication. 3. Food is a bit pricey, however the taste is truly worth it. 4. Pillow covers need to be cleaned, like really. 5. Please check the Air conditioner at a regular interval. It doesn't work sometimes. That's all. I would like to go back again someday. Good job!
