One of the best hotel in Varanasi. It was nice experience. Staffs were cooperative. Food was awesome.

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER VISITED This is probably the worst hotel I've ever encountered. Online it seems to be a nice hotel with all good paid reviews, but in reality it's a actual mess. The Manager, Staffs and the whole Management is a Fraudster. Don't ever book this hotel Online. They'll harass you and your family at the time of check-in even if you had proper booking and had talked on call previously. Don't even think about paying advance for on call/online booking. They'll take the advance and Refuse to give room or even won't refund. I booked 4 Room in this this hotel, even paid the advance, though they refuse our check in by saying all rooms are booked. Though I had the Booking on their Name, with proper receipt, with Owners Name on it. They will take booking and advance and Sell those rooms offline. It's a total fraud. The manager is worst. They wont even care to listen about the booking once you pay the advance. Go for any hotel but not this. Thank You.

This is the worst hotel I have been to. Firstly, the receptionist has no sense of hospitality. I had booked the hotel from OYO and got a confirmation from them; during check in the receptionist said we don't take bookings from OYO and he was as rude as he could be despite of me being very patient and polite the entire time. Talking about the room, it was dirty, bedsheets and towels were stinking and the alley was full of cutlery with food and flies on it. One star is given because there is no NEGATIVE. I will not recommend anybody for a stay at this place.

So i came in night, Trust me never ever book this. nothing is available no soap , No towel . People are drunked everywhere . Water bottle is 40 INR . they will not give you bill . Full scam place . Worst experience in my life. Don't trust on pics ... Nothing is like that .

I want to give negative rating but no such option , they will ask to cancel your oyo booking and pay them in cash triple the amount. They take advantage of people running out of time and option.

It's a good hotel in budget segment. Rooms are clean and hygienic. They have facility for car parking as well. Location is though a bit interior, you can't figure out the hotel from road easily. Also, the food quality is not upto mark compared to the high rates they have on food items. Room service and staff behaviour are good in general. There is also a bar in the hotel that might give some relaxation to people after a hectic day of work. Overall it's a good place.

The hotel is good to stay over for a night or two. Staffs are also good and room service is a delayed response but the hotel is very good. The price was a bit high however the price of foods from its own restaurant is somewhat cheaper. But the location is very far from the ghats. You would need to travel around an hour or so to reach the ghats. Kindly suggest me a better and cheaper option nearby this location.
