Townhouse 1052 Hotel Sai Wada - Hotel in Rahata, Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

Certainly a pathetic Stay. Though my booking includes breakfast however front desk guy said they are not going to provide breakfast. Rooms are not having TV while checking with them they said these rooms are not having TV but while booking it was shown in the pictures They have a lift which you cannot operate of your own, you need hotel staff"s help. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

No lift facility, No hot water, no basic water in room, no tv, AC not working and worst hotel staff ... Not even worth for 1 star

Rooms hygenic, room service staff polite, good management and ready to serve better. Food quality is excellent. Taste of breakfast is really very good. Upma and Poha were the best along with coffee really satisfy your soul. They also provide parking facility. Overall I would rate 5/5 stars for this OYO property.

I'm currently staying in this hotel and it's a nightmare, nothing like you're seeing in the photos. The rooms are dirty, dust all around. The toilet seat is broken and the toilet is dirty like hell. The AC remote aren't working and it leaks too. For any service you need to request at least 4 to 5 times. I booked two rooms one for us and the kids and one for parents and i regret it like anything. The check in time is 11AM and we reached at 5PM still the rooms weren't ready, mind it the rooms were empty with minimal guests in the hotel... still.... I wish I could share real time pictures and videos here.

Rajesh Naik who sits on the reception denied my check in cause according to him the price I paid is not enough according to what needs to be paid for an AC room. And is so rude when it comes to receiving customers. Ive travelled by road for so many hours and to come to a ridiculous hotel like this is a nightmare. Please never book here and find a better place to stay.

Never ever choose this hotel to stay. The hotel is very opposite as compared to the photos that are available on OYO app. The following are the drawbacks of this hotel: 1. Uncleaned bedsheet 2. Handwash is not filled 3. Very slow service 4. No TV in the room 5. No doormat in the room 6. No curtains in the bathroom 7. Room telephones are not working even lift telephone is not working. Etc.

They denied to offer me breakfast because I booked it through Agoda. It was mentioned in booking. My parents , 8 month old kid suffered alot. Poorly maintained properly . There is no television in all rooms. No hot water. Soap Shampoo. Possibly the worst OYO property. I paid double the price and no service has been provided.

I was here for just one day. Experience was good anf and you can't expect as a complete Townhouse but yes it's a good one. Everything was good except they didn't put an extra bucket and tap near the western.
