Hotel was beautiful from outside and inside...their theme is great.colour combination for room colour is good. I stayed here and enjoyed my stay very much. Room was excellent near tidy clean.towwels water bottle basic toiletries was provided.staff was very helpful and polite. In room dining food is okay..prices are reasonable I'm definitely coming back there for more enjoyable stay Trust me when I say this this is my first' review...I liked this hotel so much that I couldn't hold myself to write a review Couples please do visit this hotel.. you'll have a memorable stay

They didn't return my advance payment as there was no written record of it at 3am checkout . My cab arrived so I had to leave

first of all| it's not as aesthetic. when we reached there| the receptionist assigned us the room without the key card. when i asked for the same| he said it's not required.the lights and ac weren't working| as we weren't given the key card. so called at the reception and they sent a guy.there was not electric kettle| towels or chairs in the room. after asking for multiple times they provided with chairs and towels.no complimentary water bottles. hotel charges 30Rs per bottle. the curtain from one side was broken.they said we cannot order food from outside and the food available in the hotel is expensive and doesn't taste good. the staff said they won't provide us plates and spoons if we order from outside. many of the dishes were unavailable so we ordered from outside.if there's no other option available you can choose this one| otherwise it's not recommendable.

food provided is excellent and good quality. i think there should be an increase in the quantity of the food. the rooms are good and spacious. accommodation is excellent. a bit of laundry issue but it gets resolved quickly. the room service is excellent. very neat and tidy. would recommend one to stay here.

It was a very unpleasant and embarrassing experience. Just got fooled by the oyo offer. Had booked and paid for the hotel on OYO app and once reaching the hotel the hotel manager denied entry stating that the amount paid is very less than their regular tarif, I explained him that this is the discounted price I got from Oyo. He suggested to pay Rs. 600 extra or call the oyo helpline. Have called the helpline and after much waiting time he oyo executive answered ny call and told me that by mistake the call got merged he has some other customers on hold which he need to cater to and asked me to cut the call and call again and I did the same and called again and after some time other executive answered the call and tried solving my problem. But was of no use as he couldn't able to find a feasible option. In the end I paid extra cash to the hotel manager for which i didn't received any bill. This is how I got fooled by Oyo and will never book a hotel again from oyo or recommend oyo to anybo

Although initially I was pretty skeptical about the location, but later on I found.. it is reachable from highway and koparkhairne station. There are 2-3 things which I did not like:- 1. There was dampness on walls. 2. The blanket cover had multiple blood stains Otherwise stay was fine

I did not like anything about this property, property manager always asks for more money, or tells us to call customer care and ask them to increase the tarrif. This is 3rd time im facing the same issue. I recommend others, please do not pay online for this property if the price is below 2000, they will just make you wait unnecessarily. You pay more or just cancel the booking.

The hotel is constantly listed at a lower price and upon check-in demands a higher price, they though do not ask the guests to pay, but guests have to call Oyo support and ask Oyo to transfer the money to the hotel, which got denied once in my case among the 3 to 4 times I have stayed here. The hotel has a great vibe, good food and service the check-in process could be improved by listing the property at the actual price they seek.
