The room is neat, comfortable bed, air conditioned. Value for money.Bathrooms are very small and could be better. 1 common washroom cum bathroom for 12 person room, so it's not very neat.The locker facility is just okay. You have to bring your own lock. Can hold 1 medium size trolley or 2 backpacks.
I had a tough day travelling as i reached to this place i was happy to relax, had a pleasant stay, chilling ac , also the place is ideal for any travellers. Clean n tidy.
Great location for airport and Santa Cruz railway station direct to central. However, Rats running everywhere, mice in our private room, bed bugs and rats in the roof above our bed, no clean open common area to relax. Only pay 100-150 rupee to and from airport via auto rickshaw - driver tried to charge us 500. Staff were lovely but extremely dirty and in a rough area. Not advised for solo westerners.
I stayed here for a few hours in the night. It was overall an okay experience. The dorms were okay. I got the upper bed and the AC was right above me literally. Washroom wasn't that clean and was very small. Nothing to hang your clothes

It's a nice place to stay on a solo trip or when moving into a group. The dormitory area was well maintained but the bathroom area lacked cleanliness and also geyser was not working properly. Overall it was a good experience, the manager was helpful and humble.
