Town Hall Nellore - City or town hall in Nellore - Spsr Nellore, India

It's always special to be in town hall. It's been almost 12 years since I visited. Feels good. Had my son's music program today. Feels so good when I see my son performing on such big stage.

Party functions, celebrations, awards, events, etc. are all held here in this town hall. So congratulations to the team running this town hall. It will remain a Nellore memory. Morning meditation classes are held at this place. This town hall is well maintained.

One program was organized by Nellore Dt Gouda and Toddy tappers welfare society to give incentive to 10th students of Gouda community. This organization was started by late Kosuru Govidaiah and then Youth leaders of Goudas during 1970 s. Since then This organization was working for the welfare of the Toddy tappers and their children. This year president Sri Thota Prabhakar Goud (DSP retired) and working president Sri Rajasekhar Goud along with team has organised in a Grand Manner. This is big boost to the particular community in the absence of late Govindiah Goud. His mission is being carry forward for the welfare of Goudas.

My most favourite place in Nellore Town. Town Hall is the Main Stage for all Cultural Programs such as Skits, Singing, Dancing and all Stage shows. Its just near by V.R.College centre. No entry fee. All are invited freely to watch the programs. The rental fee is also very Nominal.

Very big hall in the centre of the town with good facilities to conduct any meetings or felicitations.

Good one for mini functions and exhibition of items

Popularly known as "Town Hall" was constructed by by Sri Rebala Lakshminarasa Reddy in the year 1915 (100 years completed). It occupies approximately 3 Acres of land in the heart of the Nellore city. The Town Hall is familiar for cultural programs & public meetings.Many great stage artist performed their Stage plays on this historical stage.
