Overrated. Always wanted to come to Tovo. Big let down. Ordered the Nashville and Thai Infused Chicken. Chicken was soft and tender but it was nothing special. Quarter chicken in the menu is unavailable. So couldn't try more than two. Will probably try a burger and their original flavour as a second chance when I go next. Extremely limited drinks and dessert. Wish they had more mocktails to go with sub par flavours. They have self-service with minimal staff help, but they do walk to your table to remind you of the QR code that takes you to the reviews. Pretty sure that's how they maintain the high reviews. Not worth the hype. PS the place looks like a corporate startup than a restaurant.

I didn't want to miss out the newly opened Tovo. I visited the old one couple of times and I loved it there. The Ambience had a good feel to it. Comparing the previous Tovo here the space is quite small and the orders are self service. But it's easy ordering and the food came within 10 minutes, their service is quite impressive. I loved the food but the quarter infused chickens are not available and we are forced to buy the half chicken which is more than what we planned to spend. Burgers are a big let off but the other foods hit the mark. Desserts or beverages are very minimal and I hope they could improve that area.

Had gone there for lunch. Infused chicken was quite good. Different tasting as compared to the Arabic style grilled chicken. Donut was lovely!

Place is easy to find exactly opposite to citi Center Mall. Car parking is a bit difficult in busy hours. The service was friendly. Ordered mushroom and cream , spicy chili infused chicken. Mushroom and cream were awesome. Spicy chili was good, too. Ordered chicken bites with spiced mango flavor. Overall cost 1500rs. It's too costly for the amount of satiety it brought . Just try for the experience, not if you're hungry

Tovo is obviously so famous for their infused chicken and we ordered the butter infused chicken and chilli infused, with chicken wings , briyani and chetti nadu rice, burger and along with chicken salad. One of the softest chicken I have tasted so far. The biryani taste was normal. But the chicken wing tast was tangy .Excellent restaurant entirely different method of preparation with excellent taste.

We went as 2. We ordered for a tangy cheese and herb infused chicken and their original burger meal. Honestly the burger was good. The chicken was half cooked. We showed them. They gave a replacement. They replaced one was also not great. Better than the previously received one. We fell sick the following day.. Had a stomach upset and have been puking. The chicken wasn't cooked properly and the best part is they don't realise it even if we are showing

Exactly opposite to citi center mall. Ambience is great but the table setup is not good. Had to wait for someone to leave like a marriage dining hall. Other than infused chicken, don't try anything. Their briyani is a very average one amd they don't provide water. If we ask for water, they provide some with a tea cup. Lots of improvement is needed. Over all good place to visit with friends for infused chicken.

Was a rainy day and thought I'd drop by and try the chicken.The staff attending to me at the table was cheerful and courteous but stopped short of taking my order as it's self service only.I walked to the cashier who took my order for half of an original Tovo infused chicken with a dull woebegone look.The order arrived in 15 minutes and it was sent back to hell with the help of a blow torch.The chicken was mild and juicy and overall I was enjoying what I was eating .I wish they had thrown in four fries or a scoop of mashed potatoes as the asking price is quite high.The portions allowed me to finish my meal quite quickly leaving me with the desire to come back again after 6 months.Summary- Good chicken, fine dine with service of a Mcdonalds.
