Actually we booked it through Google reviews only. Reviews were super awesome. We were looking for pet friendly options which were very less. Talked to the number available he said he gave an option for a room in a new building in the same premises and he will be charging Rs2500 for a room. But the experience was very bad. We didn't have the option so stayed there, there was no room service, the room was not cleaned and the washroom didn't have the window. So better to look at other options, because this new building is not ready for the stay though they are charging this high and allowing anyone to stay. They have another building which may be good and i think pre booking is required in that case. Anyways a new experience is an experience

Just outside railway station, umpteen parking, clean rooms, tasty food and still affordable

The hotel is like a concept of Lodge. All of the staff are very helpful people. It was my first time in Aurangabad and was not sure about the mode of transportation, they really helped and made my stay comfortable. The rooms are not luxurious but they are comfortable, near and clean and location is so spacious. It's a nice place to stay within the budget.

I must say the location of the hotel is very good. It's very near to the railways station & it's a onroad property. They have lots of open space for walk or you can park your vehicle there so there is no parking issue. Food is good in terms of quality, taste & cost. They are very friendly, even restaurant person prepare additional food for our infant in their kitchen. Owner Varun rao is very kind in nature. Improvement which they need is to keep their room daily clean, rooms also need renovation, room service needs to improve. But I can say they will improve in future.

Not at all recommendable. It was a very bad experience as the rooms are good but the services are very poor. We stayed for 2 days but no hot water on next day, no cable recharge in TV also the manager keep on changing on the commitment. Food cost is low but quality is ok.

The stay was nice and comfortable. Rooms are big and reasonably clean. Perfect for solo travelers. Very close to Railway Station but still very quiet. Rooms are not well insulated for noise from other customers. There was some group check-in at around 4.30 or 5 AM and there was a lot of noise which woke me up. Since I had to anyways get up at 5.30 so issues but for normal scenario this could be an issue. Their check out time is 8 AM which again is a bit too early for normal traveler. Did not have food there so no comments on that.

It's a very good option to easily access railway station , which is walkable less than one Km . Housekeeping and support staffs are very helpful. Suggested improvement could be to provide different complementary breakfast instead of only poha & upama . Overall fairly nice stay experience.

This is the best one place to stay , budget hotel or luxurious room all are available, first time I am writing a review. Thanks a lot team #homestayhotelaurangabad
