Public Park not maintained toilet .simply relaxation and eating food with family.
It's not maintained now, siting place was okay and restrooms are not useable now.
Really useful place while traveling to thiruchendur, you can have chance to take small break here.
Good place to eat while travel
Very good place to rest while going or coming from Thiruchendur. Good place for the children to play. If we carry packed food from home, this is the best place to sit and have the food relaxed. The park used to be very very clean earlier. Though it clean, nowadays the maintenance is not so good as before. The toilets will be closed but will be opened on request to the storekeeper inside the park. It also has good parking space.
It was well maintained and was clean. But the coffee shop and the toilet were closed when I go there. I go there by 3pm. If the coffee shop and the toilet facility is available all time it will be great.
The tourist park is situated at Palayakayal, on Tuticorin - Tiruchendur highway. Palayakayal is one of the many villages in this highway and its a coastal village with water bodies and banana farming every where. Its one of the main resting centres of the pilgimages for Tiruchendur temple.

Good place for kids to play around. It has swings and slides. More than all this place sells you peacefulness and fresh atmosphere at free of cost. Beware of the harmful reptiles though.
