It was NYC trip to Shrilanka, tour was Exelant, it was a memorable trip for our group, Good Survice Was there, shri lanka is vry beautiful, Nyc Hotel location and staff, Food was Avrage.
I recently booked my parents ticket for USA and the experience was really amazing and satisfying. They take care small details very well. I really like the overall experience with Tourient , starting from requesting quote to delivering the tickets to my home in India. Customer service is also top of the line.
My first ever international girls trip with my besties had to be unforgettable and fun filled and what made the trip more perfect was the arrangements made by 'Tourient'. The Management team of Tourient were very responsible and proactive. They took care from the departure till arrival to india with all possible comfort made for us. From airport transfers to the private cabs for our touristry visit, everything was timely arranged and satisfactory.. All the major places were covered without any time constraints as the itinerary was very well planned. we are very keen on visiting new destinations every year and having a long run bond with 'Tourient'. We Travelled with Tourient on Last January.. As we are old customer of Mr. Yogesh Maheta, He gave us guarantee that we will have best time of our tour and as he said we did, Very responsive and very co-operative staff they have even at night after 12 they pickup our call and solve our quary if we have any. Tour management was awesome in short notice of 2 days they arranged our full tour of Dubai with Andaman Nicobar. Great.

Recent tour to Kerala organised by them is now one of the best tour we have done. Excellent service throughout the experience at very reasonable price. 1- The hotel given at Munnar was very far away from city and also the condition of the hotel was not satisfactory. 2- The tour manager Mr. Meet was not at all updated about the current sightseeing points and also his services were not prompt as most of our calls were unanswered. The after sale Services were not good. 3- Overall the tour was not satisfactory. 4- Kindly try and improve the Services as it is said Customer is the King.

We went to Kerala through Tourient and Mr Jay organised our trip for 3 nights/4days. A truely perfect travel planner with awesome service.
