We had a wonderful tour of Sikkim and Darjeeling organized by Chandra and his team at TourGenie, for 6 days and 5 nights! The itinerary proposed covered all major landmarks, and we always had good drivers who accommodated any needs and flexibility (although sometimes not so proficient in English). The places proposed for accommodation for the nights were 10/10. We organized the trip quite last minute, and really appreciated the prompt and efficient communication with Chandra, and the iterations made to the trip planning to match our requests. The team was extra friendly and helped make our trip unforgettable. Price was fair, and TourGenie has its own communication platform to store documents and view the payment receipts which made us feel comfortable and confident of their credibility. Totally recommended and I would definitely organize more trips with them!

We had spent 6 days on vacation in Sikkim during the first week of May 2018, which is a pretty busy season for tourism in those parts. We had visited parts of east & north Sikkim via Gangtok as base. The highlights of the trip were the drive to Gurudongmar Lake, Zero Point, Yumthang valley, Nathu-La, with stop overs in local homestays at Lachen & Lachung. Sikkim was an unfamiliar territory for me so I had to rely on a local travel operator to bring my vacation to life. We had settled on Tourgenie based on word-of-mouth and I would happily leverage their local expertise if I visit these parts up in the north again. Tourgenie delivered the service that was promised. It was a stress-free experience, with no surprises or hidden charges. Phurba Bhutia was my local liaison and I found him to be very honest with his feedback & recommendations whenever I sought his opinion, and very easy to deal with, which is a trait of the people in those parts. We were assigned different cars/drivers for the 2 legs of our trip based on their local knowledge & familiarity with the terrain. I had booked the hotels for our stay in Gangtok directly to suit our specific requirements, but the local homestays in Lachen & Lachung were arranged by Tourgenie in exceptional locations; especially the Bayul Homestay in Lachung was exquisite. The only issue I had throughout the trip, if I must nitpick, was the late communication on trip schedule & start time for the visit to Nathu-La, apparently due to a delay in procuring our permits to visit that area. I believe Tourgenie could have been more effective in their communication on the day. Overall, I have returned with wonderful memories from Sikkim and would happily recommend Tourgenie to anybody planning a holiday there.

We travelled to Darjeeling and Gangtok over a span of 7 days and all our travel was arranged by Tourgenie. Overall, we had a good experience with them as they provided very good cab and drivers. Special thanks to Mohammed Aman from Tourgenie for taking personal interest and making sure things are in place throughout our trip.

Thanks, tour genie for all the help in planning our trip to Sikkim. We had recently travelled during the Durga puja long weekend and due to the high tourist influx, all the hotels and car rentals were booked. I tried reaching out to 20 tour operators from the Sikkim govt website but everyone said the same thing "Sir we don't have any availability" But, we came across TourGenie who went the extra mile to plan and book everything for us right from cars, hotels to permits for Nathula, Yumthang and zero point in the nick of time. I would also like to especially thank Harvestina from TourGenie who planned everything for us and was available every second to help us out if we needed anything. If you are planning to visit anywhere in the northeast or Sikkim, I would strongly suggest reaching out to them. They are a bunch of highly qualified and professional people from the travel industry. All you need to do is just sit back relax and they will chalk out everything for you. Also, would like to thank everyone who came to meet us after work. It was a great gesture from their end. They also got some cute gifts for us :) Already planning my next trip with them. Can't wait for the Bhutan borders to open up :)

It was a wonderful experience. Never expected such an amazing service. I went Gangtok on 10th Dec for 7 days tour and decided to do Tosmongo Lake, Nathula silk route and zuluk on bike for 2 days and one night. Mr. Amaan from Tourgenie arranged the bike for us with all necessary documents and permit well on time. Initially we have taken bike for 3 days one day for local sight seeing and 2 for East sikkim. We had wonderful experiences with the well maintained bike RE 500cc and never had a single problme throughout the journey. Bike was easily climbing the stiff hilly roads and also on offroad. Thanks to Mr. Amaan for suggesting 500cc bike and guiding us. The whole team is very well in coordination and support. We had plan for north sikkim also but due to heavy snowfall we haven't got permits. But as the bike experience was so amazing that we kept the same bike for another 3 days.
