Fantastic day trip from Ahmedabad. Bhupen, our guide for the day, did an amazing job. He was full of knowledge and an excellent guide and we got an authentic local experience. Our driver also did a great job getting us around; we were dropped off outside of our destinations and he'd be there waiting when we came out. Bhupen was very considerate of our needs and took some great pictures. Bhupen asked us how we were with spice (we are fine) and took as to a local restaurant where we had delicious food. It was a great way to end our trip in India.
We were travelling in India for the Cricket World Cup. We had Bhutan as a guide in the Ahmedabad area for 2 days. He was very knowledgeable about Indian history, culture and religion. He added a great deal of background detail to all the places we visited. He made both tours very worthwhile and is highly recommended.

Excellent knowledge, great English and warm personality, I had an amazing day with Bhupen and would recommend him highly. We did Sun Temple and Step Well tour, both were excellent sites to visit if you like history and architecture, and Bhupen is a great guide to take you through the details.
