Please don't use the service of this travel agency..they are just pathetic. The service provided by Mandeep is awful and he is a sweet talker with false promises. They don't provide you transport only point to point. I had availed their service in June 2023 and will not recommend them.
Excellent service provided during our North-East trip (MAY-2022). Mr. Sandip is truly very prompt and gives all information on time. Before making any plans for NE do consider them. During our trip time he used to co-ordinate with us and provide all the useful information before the time. I was with 16+ people in my trip and not sure about the trip when we have started. We got complete support for hotel bookings, vehicle arrangement for the sightseeing etc. Thank you very much Sandeep and team for your wonderful support and making our NE trip memorable.

Worst experience ever! Had booked our Bhutan trip through zinigo but had trouble since the very first day of the trip. Though we focused more on enjoying the trip, but they crossed the limit on the last stage of our trip. The stay booked for us in the name of 3 star category hotel was so pathetic that living on the railway platform was more comfortable than staying in the hotel booked by Zinigo... Mr Mandeep, the coordinator from ZiniGo tried to convince us that the last stay was not for leisure rather we just needed to spend a night so why not adjust in that pathetic hotel. The hotel booked was not even worth Rs 700-800 per day... for which we paid Rs 3000. We are cheated by ZiniGo... Think 100 times before booking through ZiniGo
