It is such an amazing place to stay. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The place has many amazing things to do. They have pool and outdoor activities. There are many places to click good picture. At night they had organized Live music on weekend. The most awesome part of them all was the food. The restaurant serves Amazing dishes. And the bar makes really good coffee in roots cafe. Worth every penny spent.

Very comfortable and relaxed stay. Staff is courteous. Service is prompt. Food spread is good. Can add a few more activities like swings, slides for kids. Cycles were rusty and need maintenance.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stylish, with a great view. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Highly recommended here for all nature lovers.

Lovely resort with awesome food.. Rooms are clean, staff is very polite and helpful. There is normal swimming pool which is super fun for kids. We enjoyed the Live music too. Location of resort is good. There is indoor and outdoor games available. Overall I will recommend touchwood bliss to everyone.

A lovely resort that is ideal for a quick getaway from the chaos of the city. Located at Igatpuri, this place has good rooms with plenty amenities to keep the adults and the children happy. The rooms were clean with efficient room service and housekeeping. We have really enjoyed the food throughout our stay. My only complaint would be about the plastic water bottles in the room and the plastic tumblers kept near the juice station. I sincerely hope they would replace them with glass ones in the future to maintain the quality of the resort and of course to be mindful about our beautiful nature.

We had a very wonderful and memorable stay at the Touchwood Bliss resort for a day. The reception was really helpful and friendly and also the staff were great, courteous and helpful . The food was so delicious and we got Rasmalai cake for mom's birthday and the stuffing in the cake was too good. The room was well equipped and clean and the view from the room and restaurant was really mersmerising!! We really loved the live music show as well! The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. We were pleased with our stay! Thank you!! Will definitely visit it again soon!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by there staff. The check-in process was efficient, and the reception team was very helpful in providing information about the hotel's amenities and services. Throughout my stay, the staff was attentive to my needs and always ready to assist with a smile.

One of the best experiences I have ever had! The staff was quite helpful and the food was simply amazing. The Overall I cannot think of a better place to go. The rooms are perfect.. however, additional channels should be added and the housekeeping regularity can use be improved. But these are just minor flaws which I hope to see overcome on my next trip.
