WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN USED TOWEL IS BEING USED EVERY TIME WOULD REQUEST THE DIRECTOR TO INTER VENE AS THE LADIES STAFF ARE VERY ARROGANT. CLEANING IS BEING DONE IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER IT IS SHEER WASTE OF MONEY GOING TO THIS SALOON PLEASE DONT GO THERE . If u ask any questions they will simply laugh at u Horrible saloon
We had gone for a haircut in the Barrackpore branch which was pretty basic. The staff told us to wait for a minimum of 30 minutes for their boss to arrive so that she could do the "complex cut". The whole place smelled of poop and fart. It was terribly ill ventilated and nauseating. We rushed out to get some fresh air and went to Jawed Habib's which was nearby. The haircut was pretty simple and took about 20 minutes. Do not go to Touch of Saien if you want professional treatment or fair price.
Haircut was just not worth Rs850. Asked them to give layered bob cut but they just gave a normal blunt cut. Didn't even set the hairs properly, complaining that they are too dry to stay that way. Have had much better experience before here itself. Wouldn't really recommend this place.
Worst experience.. Even local barber shops are better.. if you don't avail their hair spa, they will deliberately ruin your haircut.. my friends have also experienced similar situations.. Not recommended
