I must say that Touch Nursing home has improved a lot. They do have good quality nurses and well behaved hospital staffs. The emergency facility is very good , they starts the treatment very fast. Their charges are also budget friendly to us than any other hospitals in town. We are fortunate enough to have this hospital facility in town .
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Touch Nursing Home. The majority of its staff was incredibly rude and behaved in an unacceptable manner. It seemed as though they had not received proper training on how to interact with patients. In my opinion, they form the worst staff group among all North Bengal hospitals. During in a difficult time, many patient families are experiencing sadness, so it is essential for the hospital staff to be polite and compassionate towards everyone. However, I must commend Dr. Sumantra Mukherjee, who is a very skilled and experienced doctor. Due to his expertise and care, I am giving one star solely for him."
The doctors and staff of ICU and people at the reception and admin, supported and cooperated a lot with us, when my father in law was admitted there for around 40days. A special thanks to Dr. Sumantra Mukherjee for his support and treatment. His service towards Jalpaiguri and nearby areas, is incomparable. Thankyou Sir.
Let me be straightforward. 1. People are visiting Touch Nursing Home only for Dr. S Mukherjee. He is a very good doctor. 2. Junior Doctors are (ward doctors) very very inexperienced. 3. Hospitals stuffs (nursing sisters) need to learn manners and discipline. 4. Remove "Masi" culture from the admitted patients. If you are admitting your patients you have to take a Masi (Kajer Lok). Why the hell in a nursing home I will book a Masi.
Touch Nursing Home Pvt Ltd in Rajbaripara is a good Nursing Home in Jalpaiguri. Almost all doctors are available here. It is near the main road that is Subash Chnadra Bose Road. Very neat and clean place. Very good Hospitality. Staff are also very good.
