The place was nice, clean and tidy, well decorated, well lit. Food was okayish, i will give it 6/10 for food. But must say the service was very slow. They can improve on that part. It wasn't even crowded for their snail slow speed. Just 3 tables were occupied and then too it was too long a wait. Rest all okay.

Service was too bad, it's just the ambience which was on mark but food and service were too bad. We ordered aglio oglio pasta it was half cooked and when we informed the staff they said it is prepared this way though he said he will change it but when it was served again quantity was same which was left on that bowl so it was a disappointment. I have made a video of it as well, drinks were way too normal we ordered mocktails and it was very basic. The size of coffee cup is too small, we drink espresso on that cup. Location wise too it was isolated. Overall we didn't enjoy much and had bad experience.
A gem of a place. Had a great time with family, staff very courteous and well trained... Always a smile and always ready to assist.. Food was good with no overuse of oils or aroma... The pricing is reasonable and the ambience is soothing... Lot of space outside.... Can Make good use of camera

The establishment lacks customer orientation. Despite advertising an alcohol offer at the gate, they refused to honor it once we were seated and tried to upsell us. Even when we agreed to the higher-priced offer, they insisted that we must consume everything on the premises and wouldn't allow us to take any beer outside. When we asked to see the specific rule, they refused to show it to us.

This place is very pleasing aesthetic wise. If you want a warm cosy place with you loved one ,then you can go for it. The ambience is nice. I attended a birthday party of 5 year old but I liked the place. The service and the food quality both was very good. One can definitely try out this place.
