A little picnic spot near madarihat . The roads are not good on the way little dusty but the place is very good Where different people come from different places and complete the picnic with lots of happiness and love .

Awsome place,must come. A home stay is also there,no worry about anything. Bhutan Border is about 1km away from here.

Rustic beauty of alipurduar...night stay at the spot will further enrich you.bt roads leading to the place is too dusty..locals will block ur way to take saraswati puja chanda during picnic time multiple time.

Good and beautiful place. It surrounded on three sides with hills of himalaya bordering bhutan. There is river bed from which stone mining is done. Locals are helpful. It is one of the least explored destinations of north bengal. Undoubtedly its beauty is mesmerising. However you can reach there in dry season(winter season ) because in summers it rains alot and this place is cut off from rest part of the country for months. The totos are the aboriginal tribe living here. This is the only place they are left with in this world.

An offbeat location.. if you want and off road driving experience you can visit this place. It's 22km from madarihat. On the way you have to drive over river beds for the last 5kms. But just be carefull of the river water level.
